I needed to pick up a very important piece of clothing and did not realise the organisation closed today at 2pm! I eventually was able to speak to the owner and explained at length the significance of my situation and the absolute necessity to pick up the suit! (my grandson was travelling overseas at 6.30am tomorrow morning (saturday) for a competition in a pipe band) the uniform could not be replaced!) I had already paid for it and have been a customer of many years.i cannot express the overwhelming conversation i had with the owner who had absolutely no empathy for my situation at all! I explained at length that my grandson had a competition in another country and was leaving by air at 6.30am the following morning and i apologised for my mistake not knowing they closed at 2pm on a Friday (no other dry cleaner does)
the owner was extremely rude! Refused to help his customer! I was desperate given the difficulties of the situation! I tried to explain, he hung up on me! I rang back and pleaded and with the rudest possible way he agreed to open the shop and help! I have never ever experienced such rudeness, lack of empathy for the situation! Unbelievable and i’m the Customer! I will never go back to that dry cleaner again!
Absolutely Unbelievable!

I dropped my wedding dress and veil off to be dry cleaned and boxed the week after my wedding in April. I went to pick it up a month later and was told my veil wasn’t there and never had been to which I then burst into tears. My veil and dress bag was eventually located (and not dry cleaned) but in this process I was made to feel like an idiot and as though I had never dropped it off.
I reached out via email almost 3 weeks ago to explain my experience and expressed that in the future more compassion when misplacing someone’s wedding item should be taken to which I didn’t received an apology or even a reply.
Very disappointing for amount the service cost was I would have expected better customer service.

Excellent help from Madins! I went in with a fully sequenced gown and the staff (possibly owners?) did a thorough check of the cleaning requirements and gave me great advice on the best options for a clean. Super friendly and prioritised helping me rather than just getting my money. Would definitely recommend them and will come here for any future dry cleaning services I need.

Missed picking up suit for wedding on thursday night. Went to pick up after work on friday and close at 2?

Dropped a jacket in for dry cleaning on Wednesday and was told we could pickup at 3pm on Friday, which was also on the docket.

Arrived to find the door closed despite door sign writing say they close at 5pm.

Phoned and they apologised that they close earlier during COVID.

These guys are wonderful. The customer service is outstanding, and it feels like they care as much about your things as you do. Truly 5 star service.
