We put new carpets and engineering timber flooring in our new town house. 100% professional service from Madera the whole time. Madera Floors demolished my kitchen and tiles, then lay floating floors through the kitchen and laundry. They did a fantastic job, it looks stunning. It was well project managed. We were very happy with the whole Floorboard replacement.
From Day 1 Madera set up at What's App to keep us informed and as we left town while the majority of the work was carried out, they provided Photos of the progress daily.
The two ladies in the office, the teams that removed the old floor boards, the teams that laid the new ones and the team that replaced all the skirting boards were all friendly, courteous and worked long hours.
We would have no problems recommending Madera to anyone thinking of putting in New or Replacement Flooring.

In early July of 2020 unfortunately we had a flood in our home which was only built 18 months ago.

The source of the flood was resolved without too much trouble, however we faced a significant challenge.that being our entire three level brand new home has engineered timber floors and we could not find matching floors to replace the wet floors from the flood. We even located the original importer of the floors but to no avail they too could not match the original floors.

We were both frustrated and rather devastated.in our search for a solution we came across Iván Lloret of Madera Floors.

Iván proposed we replaced the flood damaged floors with a close match, then sand down ALL the floors in the entire house over the 3 levels back to raw timbers, then stain and seal to deliver a uniform finish throughout the home.

Well, what can I say, we are just delighted with the end product, it is brilliant, strong, uniform, consistent, plain and simply beautiful!

Iván Lloret and the team at Madera Floors are just brilliant, professional and their attention to detail and after sale service has been nothing short of superb.

Madera floors supplied the timber flooring and shutters throughout our terrace renovation. The project went smoothly and i wouldn't hesitate to use them again on the next one.

Highly recommend Ivan and the team at Madera floors. They were contacted at a late stage of an apartment renovation and went above and beyond to deliver an amazing European oak floor, in a short time frame. Ivan also recommended a specific underlay for meet the buildings soundproofing criteria which no one else had suggested. I will most definitely be using Madera floors for all my future projects.
