I met up with James just before the COVID lockdown on the basis of all these five-star reviews. My personal tax situation was messy in unusual ways but he took the time to sort it out with me - we concluded with a video chat after fighting a few tech issues. So far the ATO seems happy with where we got to, and I'm confident that James would help resolve any issues that could arise. I found his fee to be entirely reasonable. He went above and beyond all of the other personal tax accountants I tried to speak with.

James is an absolute master. Called him to try and organise my tax to get done. We had 2 years done in 10 minutes. Highly recommended.

Proved beyond doubt you can unscramble the omelette! Our paperwork was pretty loose and our affairs complex. Kiah and James did a fantastic job making it all seem so straight forward, nothing was an issue as they patiently processed our excuses and errors.we can sleep soundly knowing the Maddens are keeping a watchful eye on our stuff!

. That was last year.we were in an even bigger mess this year, yet nothing seemed a problem, they make next year look relatively painless.
