Macquarie Park Cafe & Florist

The Cafe serves many people mostly mourners and others coming to visit the cemetery. The food is honest and drinks are fine. Service is impeccable and generally quick. There are tables inside the Cafe as well as outside. There is also a flower shop next to the Cafe.

Excellent service and great variety of cakes located in a beautiful location in the cemetery area. Good place for quiet reflection.

At the completion of a cemetery tour, they put on tea/coffee and nibbles. Very nice. Friendly staff. Good job.

I bought a flower in tiny jar the price say $12 so I gave a lady $22 and at first she almost take just my $20 note not $2 coin anyway I gave her $22

then I’m waiting for a change then the lady said it was $22 sorry for my hand writing, so I don’t mind to pay for $22 if the price is say that but I don’t like her excuse and the way that they write a tricky price tag and why at first she almost take only my $20 if the price is $22

The new premises are much better than the old ones. There is more outdoor seating on the grassy area adjacent to the car park, but it is popular and yhey could use more.
The food is good and the staff are friendly.

If you want to receive dead flowers! Bunch of flowers dumped at entrance of high rise building on a Saturday and stayed there until Monday morning when a kind soul noticed them and notified us. When we called the florist for an explanation, a rude and unapologetic woman replied the receiver mobile number was not provided and driver was unable to access apartment floor!
How about not dumping the flowers at the entrance and maybe trying to ring the apartment bell, or neighbors bell? Or calling building manager mobile number clearly visible at entrance and asking for assistance in delivering the flowers?
There is nothing worse than receiving dead flowers! Highly recommended if you want to cheese someone off, or if you want to send dead threats to your worse enemy! Lucky for this florist I have to work out how to attach photos to this review.

Robyn was fantastic, she checked the hospital to make sure my friend was out of ICU before sending the flowers. She sourced the favourite flower of my colleague and made a beautiful arrangement. Thank you Macquarie Park Cafe and Florist and staff.

Thank you for the fantastic FAST service. Ordered some flowers at 9.30am and had them delivered by 10.30am - just in time for morning tea presentation. Appreciate the prompt service and the price was very reasonable.

What a rude woman, who seems to think serving customers is doing us a favour, who takes AmEx but not on Xmas Day (as she mentions when we pay), who thinks we should tolerate her grumpiness because she's been up since 6am. "Aren't you in business? " I asked. Never again!
