I have been there for the first time for facial treatment but after going there they offered me Hydra facial which I didn’t needed and not expected and charged more money for that. Not satisfied.

Karla and her team are amazing! Extremely well trained in skin and beauty treatments. Outstanding customer service. They have taught me alot about my skin and skincare in general. If you are looking to be pampered in the Bathurst area, this is the place to go!

5 stars are not enough! Every time I've gone to Macquarie medi spa, the girls have known exactly what to do to help my skin, my skin has never been so soft and looked this good! They are super professional and knowledgeable while also making your whole experience personalised. From the moment I walked in, they knew exactly who I was and what I wanted done, and on my second visit they treated me like I had been going there for years. I seriously love this place, cant wait to go back, and have been recommending them to all my friends and family!

Love going to Macquarie Medi Spa for my regular and special treatments - every single one of the therapists are professional, friendly and knowledgeable - and the ambience is just fantastic - as soon as you walk in you know you are going to be welcomed, pampered and looked after.

Times are tough, treatments are expensive and they’re considered a luxury. I feel more pressured walking out of this place to buy products than I would walking out of a used car sales lot! Every single time I have been in lately the girls have tried to sell more and more and it’s actually offensive! They talk way too much during treatments, I went in for a facial, ended up with a totally different treatment, not to mention the re-book after pay and zip pay mentions.you’ve got to be kidding me! After 18 years of loyalty it’s time to go elsewhere!

This little hidden gem is a treasure trove of amazing products and services. Very professional staff. The Enchanted Eden package is perfectly named, it's a little piece of heaven!

I recently went into Macquarie for a massage with Melanie and I can't recommend this Spa and therapist enough if I had the time I would be there weekly all the staff are lovely and welcoming and I can't wait to go back for more treatments?

Staff always polite and professional. Love seeing Melanie. She always talks me through what she is going to do if i am trying something new. I always leave feeling so relaxed and calm. Definitely recommend seeing Melanie!

She explains each step in detail and makes sure you are relaxed and comfortable while she works her magic. Outstanding customer service by Elizabeth and all staff. I love visiting Elizabeth and the team at Macquarie Medi Spa. It’s always so calm and relaxing and the service is amazing. Elizabeth is so friendly and helpful, recently suggesting new facial products which has made a big difference.

Staff were polite & professional. I was told I'd require the after laser care pack but didn't realise the cost until I got home. It was an expense I could've done without. I am annoyed at myself for not asking for a run down on ALL pricing as I was not given it. Overshadowed an otherwise great treatment.

I recently had a pregnancy massage and i have to say the whole experience was beautiful. Everything from the booking process through to walking out the door was amazing. Bec was my consultant and she was professional, empathetic and lovely.

Would highly recommend.

I love coming to the Macquarie medi spa as the staff are so lovely and welcoming as they always take really good care of you for your treatment needs and make sure your skin looks and feels amazing.
