I purchased a bed here the lady that served me was very professional and I got exactly what I was looking for at an excellent price. Went in to buy a bed frame and mattress at Beds R Rus, Karen showed fantastic customer service and I ended up buying both and a lamp and beside table as well!

Went in to store a few months ago to find a new bed. Mimi the store assistant from moment first walked in greeted me and came back around and asked if needed help. Mimi had great knowledge about beds/mattresses she was so helpful and stuck to her word when she followed up with a phone call the next day. Mimi has updated me with phone calls and kept me in the loop of what was happening as I live in Sydney. I hope Mimi gets the recognition she deserves I used to work in retail and we need more Mimi’s in this industry who really Love their job and want to help. You’re Amazing Thankyou again

Hi Andrew, went to Coffs yesterday, intending to do rounds of bedding shops in Home Base. Started with Beds are Us because of advertising, sales lady was very efficient, friendly and helpful.
I bought a mattress off the floor, it was delivered today, and the delivery guys were great, took away my old bed, rang me to tell me that they would be here in half an hour.
Very happy with purchase, next day delivery!

Our experience from beginning to end at this shop was 2nd to none. From Mimi who helped us choose the bed and has so much knowledge to convey to Sean and Dallas who delivered the bed. Thankyou Mimi for helping us with a special gift for another customer of yours. We’ll definitely be back.

Out of the many beds we tried out, Beds R Us had the cheapest options for what we wanted and the cheapest delivery cost. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and relatable. Access to my house isn't easy but the delivery men made it painless and were easy to talk to.

Karen helped my husband and I with selecting a new mattress and bedroom suite. She was knowledgeable about the products that were available within our price range and we're extremely happy with the furniture we received. The delivery team were also great, they called me ahead of time as requested and were in and out quickly at the agreed upon time. Our only regret is not upgrading sooner

I’m most disappointed in Beds R Us. I bought a bed of you a month ago and once home lying on it felt all the springs poking out the side of it. You sent someone to view it but off course it’s the buyers fault for not realising this is how it’s made. My friend also bought one so now you have two people who will never shop there again. I have brought over half my furniture here. Never again.

Diligently and effectively delivered, set up, connected it up and then clearly explained how to operate.
This type of service is of utmost importance to elderly citizens like us-Sean deserves our highest recommendation and we hope his employers will acknowledge the value of such an employee.

Do yourself and you wallet a favour and stay WELL away. Purchased a $3800 mattress and after yer just 6 mths is ready for landfill. What was so firm but plush is now bowed and saggy. I also sleep on my own and not overweight.

Appalled and saddened, disgusted by their ethics. Do yourself a favour and steer clear.

To the salesman pushing this rubbish with warrantys that mean nothing. SHAME ON YOU!

After initially trying harvey norman and getting no where then being completely ignored next door at forty winks we were so glad we tried beds r us. Mimi was very quick to help and we feel we bought exactly what we were after. Cant recommend beds r us coffs harbour enough and will do so to friends and family.
