Like others said. Lee - the old man needs to change his cranky personality toward his customers. Price is good, turf is fresh, close enough to Campbelltown.

Having been a regular customer of MacArthur Turf Farm for a number of years, I have to congratulate Lee and his small team. I regularly call to collect firewood, the quality and consistency of which is outstanding. Well done also on excellent and efficient customer service…and one more thing, how do they keep the place looking so neat and tidy! Well done

Called on a Saturday morning and didn’t get much help apart from “why don’t you go to bunnings? ” Weird response when you’re trying to support local business!

A wonderful experience all round. My email enquiry was answered same day and I spoke with a helpful man on the phone who made our delivery happen within 3 days and on a weekend. The grass was great quality and the delivery man was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend

What a wonderful experience. Grass isn't just grass and I am lucky to have found such a great man who was informative and helpful with me choosing (and changing my mind again and again) the right turf for my backyard.

The worse experience ever. The older gentleman who was serving me was the most rudest person I ve ever met in my life. No customer skills whatsoever just rude unhappy person who does not understand what customers service it is this days. No wonder why it was no orher customers around. Avoid this place.
