8We were getting ripped off being on a service contract with one of the photocopier companies, when we finally finished our contract and Charlie from Macarthur Printer Repairs came to audit our usage he pointed out we were spending over 3.5k a year for services we weren't even receiving. We have made the switch to purchasing our new machine from Macarthur Printer Repairs and since then we have been saving money every month and their service has been outstanding.
Great service very knowledgeable, reliable, and honest. I’ve tried a few other printing companies, and this is by far the best!

We have been using these guys for years and they are absolutely brilliant. I had an issue with our HP this morning and they were on site within 30mins. We print thousands of documents a week and would trust no one else.
My printer had a black ink printing issue, i called n guy said 50$ i went there to give the printer, he wanted his money straight away b4 even he tries to fix the problem so i paid, the problem ws not solved i brought my printer back, u want to get ripped off to go him, might i add he rude too atleast i felt it.
These guys are amazing. We have had these guys contracted for years and they make our lives simple. They are fast and reliable.
I don't normally leave reviews but this business is do good I had to leave a review. My printer broke down. After ringing many places and not getting any help this business was so easy to deal with. Rang them in the morning and they were there to fix my printer that same day. Most friendly person came out and so honest. Also explained to me about using the cheap cartridges that I have bought online how they caused the problem with my printer.
