I recent purchased my 2nd Brand new Ford Ranger from the team at Narellan and it was great experience from start to finish and their team went above and beyond to make my new car experience just as memorable as the first time. Their Service Department have always been outstanding to deal with as well with my last Ford Ranger and the new car will definitely be serviced by team at Narellan into the future.

I've just bought a new Ford Ranger, not only was the initial sale price the best out of five other dealerships I compared, Macarthur Ford also offered me the highest trade in value.
Some of the sales reps are painful to deal with. Elize was awesome but unfortunately I got stuck with Merci. For my first service, I called in and the woman on the phone was so rude that I cancelled and booked somewhere else.
Service dept lately is constantly returning my vehicle with issues. These have been raised with management previously and yet again my car has been returned with broken parts caused by them and a roller shutter that cost me 4.5k which would not close square with my tailgate upon delivery. Not acceptable.
Professional and easy to deal with. Very straight forward and knowledgeable about the products. Elise was a pleasure to meet, complete the sale through and receive my vehicle from.
Without a doubt, it's one of the best car dealerships I've dealt with. Mark was awesome. Knowledgeable, honest, patient and understood and respected our needs. He was by no means pushy or try to steer us away from what we were there to look at. I'd have no hesitation dealing with this team again. We arrived well ahead of our appointment time, but that was no problem for them either. John was helpful and happy to chat until Mark was free a few minutes later. Thanks guys!
The staff are very helpful and polite. I have dealt with Lee a few times in service and he is a gentleman. I had warranty issues with my ford but I remained polite and respectful. They were helpful.

I would like to express my disappointment at ford service narellan once again.
I booked my service at 69000 km for today at 745 am
The odometer reading was 68886
The last service was at thompson ford and was done at 54801km
The sticker on the windscreen for next service read 69000.km
When I bought the car I was told cap priced servicing $299.
Yet I was told the service would cost $580 as I had gone over the kms allowed.
I will never be back to any ford service centre as this seems like a systematic rort.
What can I say in favour of this site. Not much Ford need to improve the attitude of staff to those who purchase there products

Wow.just been told that even though i have warnings related to safety, DSC, anti collision etc not working showing on my 2020 ford escape, nobody can even look at it until next week! Cmon guys.have a look at yourselves.
Edit 13 Aug 22. I discovered both of my dash cams had been disconnected during the service. No reason for this to happen unless they were hiding something. I tried to contact the service department before I edited this review but they were not answering their phone. The following is my pre edit review from 4 weeks ago. I was here to get my Kia serviced. All good and the service manager was exceptional! Excellent experience especially the customer service. Well done! 5 star.
