I had my makeup done by Dylan yesterday and was absolutely blown away with the end result! Dylan made the whole experience seamless from start to finish. I didn't have to provide any input, he just knew exactly what I wanted from my brief description at the start and he knew exactly which products and colours to use. His very friendly and relatable personality made the experience even more so enjoyable. Dylan is very talented and I can't wait to have my makeup done again!

Went in to look at a specific lip colour and I was greeted by Lauren. She was an absolute legend. She knew her colours and products back to front. She made me feel comfortable, was able to help me find a more suitable colour. She took the time to show me how to do some eye makeup while still jumping in and serving others. Talent.

Just had a great customer experience instore this afternoon - I think his name was Dylan. I rushed in all a panic because I forgot my lipstick for my work event at home - told him what I was after - he explained the options and why there were hydrating. Thanks a million you are a super star

I did an all bases covered with Lauren. She is such a young talented lady. She was professional, friendly and achieved exactly the look that I wanted. This lady will be going places. Good job on having her on your team.

Dillon was lovely and did a great job of my makeup for my 30th birthday. He’s obviously very experienced and it was easy to let him be the artist. I received so many compliments

I went there to get a lipstick today. I didn't catch his name, but I was greeted by a guy with the most fabulous make-up and nails! I explained what I wanted and he was SPOT ON! I couldn't be happier with the lipstick he recommended (Stay Curious)! And it's not the first time I was highly satisfied with the service there. The product knowledge of the team is excellent! My store of choice for sure!

Brinley is consistently amazing! Awesome customer service helped me with a resolution without any dramas and always goes above and beyond with product info! A credit to the team! I would come back to this store because of her.
