First time visiting M1 medical and really impressed. All the staff were so lovely and really professional. The consultation room was immaculate & Dr. Francis was so helpful with answering all of my question and made the experience very relaxing.

Was a waste of my time. There is no parking so I got a train out there to only be told they can only do half of treatment as I said yes to once In my life having a coldshore. Suggested I get half my face done then come back after I take medication yes this is there policy. Could of told me when u called to confirm as I wouldn't of wasted my time coming in also there advertising is cheap but to get direct product's u have to pay more so it ends up no cheaper then laser clinic at less I can drive there waste of time

I did my lips with them yesterday, nicest ladies ever! Thank you for making me feel so comfortable, process was quick and I couldn’t be happier!

This was my first time getting lip fillers (or anything!). I’ve wanted to have them done for over 10 years, I’ve always been super insecure about my tiny lips.

Dr Shefauli Chauhan is so fantastic, the minute she called my name I felt an instant wash of calm, she’s absolutely lovely. She was extremely helpful and immediately knew what I was after. The procedure was super quick and basically painless (I know? !) she’s the definition of a pro.

The staff were also really warm and helpful.

Am I crying happy tears as I write this? Yes, yes I am.

Dr Kathrin Rac is amazing at lip filler! Would definitely recommend Kathrin to anyone considering lip filler for the first time or, a top up treatment!

I was looking forward to trying out a new clinic after reading the reviews, but have been very disappointed with the customer service provided so far.
After booking my appointment the first time, I received a text message around three hours before my appointment stating that my appointment 'might' be cancelled as there was no receptionist. I had planned my evening around the appointment, and was frustrated upon confirmation that there would be no receptionist that night. The messages I received did not come across as sincere.
I was hesitant to book a second time, but booked an appointment a few weeks later during the day (with the assumption that they would be fully staffed at that time). Two hours before my appointment, I received a text message that my appointment was cancelled. No explanation nor apology was given.
I am not inclined to giving M1 Med Beauty a third chance, and would suggest looking elsewhere if you are looking for a clinic that respects your time.

I had my first ever fillers done by dr Kathrin today and she was so amazing at explaining everything. We did the liquid nose filler and I've never felt more confident with the results. Highly recommended!

Have been to Dr Shefauli Chauhan a number of times now and will keep going back. Lovely lady who is very knowledgable about the treatments. She is very honest about what treatments would suit you as an individual rather than just treating you for the sake of it. Really appreciate it and couldn’t be happier with the results from my treatments.
