These so called psychologists do not care about their clients, they discriminate and do not write support letters or correspond with general practitioner. Anybody paying for this service is a fool because there is absolutely no difference in using this service and simply calling Lifeline and talking to a councillor. Lifeline care, these people don't.

Incredible service and platform. Helped me with all of my queries and appointed me to the right psychologists. Easy to use platform which has helped me stay organised and on track with my mental health team. I cannot speak more highly of their support and professionalism. I've been searching for the right mental health team for so long and can finally say I've found them! They have changed my life for the better.

I personally use Lysn and have referred many of my friends and colleagues to the service. Lysn's platform allows me the freedom to "interview" psychologists to find the right fit for me. Further, Lysn only employs qualified psychologists that have flexible meeting times that fit into my busy schedule, I can even use Medicare to pay for my services! I cannot rave enough about Lysn and will continue to refer people to this service as I know that it has changed my life for the better!
