I had a Few of Life’s Bitter and Lemons putting it mildly and Lyn assisted me to regain focus, control over my emotions and life after I Suffered severe Life changing events that send me in a downward Spiral (PTSD).
Lynette is excellent hypnotherapist. Hypnosis is deep state of relaxation/ meditation. Lyn is a Christian. She tailored my therapy accordingly. I prayed and praised the Lord for assistance.
Glory to the Father God for Lyn’s support and advice it is greatly appreciated Lyn.
Lyn also followed up a few days later to check on how I was doing?
With my medication, CBT and hypnosis it has helped me to regain control over my Life.
