I have ordered samples from Luzen&Co to make sure I buy the correct colour weeks (3-4) ago and have tracked the delivery (I live in Victoria) leave North Rocks go to Brisbane and the delivery made to a safe place in North Rocks. I have wrote to them and no response and also called and still no contact. This feels like a waste of time and perhaps should deal with a bricks and mortar location here in Melbourne. Luzen&Co - you need to do better

I encourage anyone buying this wallpaper to make sure you get a sample so that you can manage your own expectations.

In my case the samples I received were not of the quality I would want to put on my walls. The images on the website are incredible and they look good, but in person certainly not something I would proceed with. This is a matter of choice and pleased that I did in fact request samples.

This was a first for me, so no prior experience with peel and stick wallpaper. It's beautiful and great quality. Project turned out great. I might even buy again for something else.

Love this wallpaper! Quite easy to put on, great quality, it came out exactly as we pictured it. Customized the wallpaper for our kid's room so it fit perfectly.

Installed the Luzen&co privacy window film on small windows and so far so good. It was very easy to apply the film using a spray bottle filled with water and two drops of dishing washing soap as descibed. Worth the money.

I purchased Self Adhesive Wallpaper online using Luzen&Co's easy to navigate website full of valuable information about the product and how to install. I selected my top 5 favourites and had the option to order samples for colour and quality. The samples arrived promptly. Once I’d made my design decision I chatted online via Luzen&Co’s website regarding what I wanted to achieve, size, delivery, etc.and my queries were answered instantaneously. In fact a sample artwork with personalised measurements and resized design was emailed to me that day for my approval, payment was made and printing was commenced the next day. I ordered 2 different wallpaper murals and am thrilled with the quality and finish. I’m a very happy customer and would thoroughly recommend this product.

I am extremely satisfied with this thick blackout window film for the nursery room. The other brands I've used had problems having still lights through it. The quality is noticeably better than cheaper brands. This is worth it.

I am a professional installer and had a job to renovate the old lifts wall in the shopping centre. Used fabric textured self adhesive vinyl from Luzen and co, it was easy to apply and durable enough for commercial use. Very happy with the quality and price.

Recently bought a botanaical self adhesive wallpaper from Luzen&Co. It makes quite a statement in our dining room. Customised size for our wall is perfect made per our request. Easy to install and they were great to work with.

I was confused as how to compute the size and quantity that I need for my bedroom wall but the CS I chatted with via FB Messenger was really helpful and prompt in resplying. Gave me visual reference to understand how it was measured and options of sizes. Delivery was quick even in the middle of lockdown. And lastly, installation was easy! Wow the products are even better IRL! Katon from Luzen & Co was super fast with his response and packaging. Easy to apply and excellent quality!
