Very impressed with the service. My parcel was lost, probably by Australia Post. Luxor Linen sent me a replacement by express post. Happily they have arrived now.

Oh no! After reading these emails I'm shocked. I hope I get my purchase. It was from a reputable website but Luxor Linen were the third party supplier. I have not received an email order confirmation for the past 3 days since ordering, so I'm not confident at all. I think people should head back in store. Some of these shonky sites are rich because we wanted a bargain. Disgraceful. If I receive my order, I will update my review. Highly doubtful!

Bought a single quilt cover for my child’s bed because the design looked nice. I wasn’t expecting amazing quality, but the quality is absolutely terrible. It feels like a disposable plastic sheet, it’s absolutely awful.

Quality of quilts is below standard. I found 'Made in Pakistan' Egyptian cotton sheet set at Target far more superior and long lasting than this stuff. Their website and brochures are slick but the actual products are not. Beware, even if it says 'Australian made', all the materials (mainly cheap polyester) most likely originate from our favourite country China

Purchased a pregnancy pillow, which arrived faulty as per the photos. I’ve contacted the customer service straight away and got no response. After sending three emails, messaging on their chat available on the website and calling, I still have no response. Don’t buy from them, it’s a waste of time and money.

Disgraceful! FAKE! Selling fake cheap badly made products with fake pictures and descriptions! And Groupon and others are selling it! So very very wrong and should be stopped, I dont know how this is allowed to continue when there is so much evidence to prove they are selling fakes. Im so angry and sad that you cant trust anything nowadays!

I brought a quilt via Groupon from Luxor Linen and I wouldn’t normally go through the hassle of finding the supplier to do a review but I thought this was very important information to share.
The quilt was described as high quality but it is everything but quality. The stitching on the quilt is so bad that my fingers and toes get caught up in the cotton threads that I’ve had to cut it off in so many places it’s ridiculous and I noticed the stitching was frayed when I first opened it.
Worse quilt I’ve ever owned.
So unsafe for children and infants.
I do not recommend

I purchased a king 700gsm feather and down quilt and the feathers are continually slipping out of the poorly made cover. Very disappointing not to mention messy cleaning up feathers every day. Tried to contact customer service with no response. I do not recommend buying a feather quilt from this manufacturer unfortunately: (

I ordered a "pregnancy pillow" which was supposed to offer full body support. It was obvious that the pillow I received was not the product pictured on their site. It was very small and the filling was lumpy, there were sections where there was no filling at all. The picture indicated that you would be able to throw a leg over and have aupport between the thighs, it was clear that this product would offer no such support. I would of expected to receive something like this off of wish, I cannot convey how poor the quality was.

Bought a product from Luxor via Kogan. I was requested to send the product back to Luxor. They received it but never issued the refund nor did they reply to 4 emails over a period of months asking them to find the product / issue refund. $189 down the drain. Terrible customer service.

Ordered a body pillow today, definitely regret it.
1) Extremely rough
2) The fillings is hard and uncomfortable.
3) Ordered with a pillow case, however they sent a wrong size.
4) 100% didn't suite the name Luxury pillow series.

Ordered 2 memory foam bamboo contour pillows which arrived today. They feel nice except I won't be able to use them as they are half the size of normal pillows. What on earth, absolutely ridiculous, no where on the website product does it say it's a mini pillow. Avoid this website, dodgy dodgy dodgy.

Got my quilt delivered today bought from Groupon. It was said 100% cotton cover on it's features but got polyester cover, very disappointed when I opened it. Misleading advertising. No more online buying.

I recently bought the maternity pillow for my daughter. I received it very quickly but did not get the pillowcase colour I asked for. Was another colour. Not happy about that, as the colour I chose is my daughters favourite colour.

A company that manufactures blankets and pillows from wool. It's also on sale. I think it's a good product. But the problem is I'm not interested in wool.

Recently I purchased bed sheets, pillows etc in online. The bed sheets, fitted were great, however the pillows were not high enough. So I contacted them to arrange refund. They prompt in response and provided great customer service. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately I brought one of their products from Groupon and Groupon do not supply tax invoice so I asked Luxor if they could help me and not only did they help but very quickly. Im impressed.
