My 8yo went in to buy some lip scrub and had the best experience! Colvin helped her count her money and let her try several products before making her decision and she has not stopped talking about it for the last couple of hours.

An incredible store full of incredible people I’ve known the majority of this team for several years now and can hands down say they are some of the sweetest and most genuine people I’ve ever met. Nothing is ever too much trouble and going above and beyond is second nature. It’s not often you are welcomed into a store with such kindness, I’m so glad to know the OG team at Lush Miranda - you’re all amazing? ‍️

Staff are so friendly and inclusive! They really take the time to get to know their customers needs without the pushy sell like other stores.

I when in there 3 weeks ago and I saw some concerning behaviour and heard a conversation between two staff with a tall female with Black hair and glasses about another staff about 3rd staff member and their Disability was causing them to spend way too much time with a customer. I'm considering taking this to Disability rights and Fair Work Australia, This tall black hair was also bullying another staff member with black hair to do something about it, other staff member was clearly uncomfortable with this demand to this in front of customers.
I have been served by this staff member many times and their customer service and product knowledge are amazing.
But I have a child with ASD and will not be shopping there if this is how they treat young people with Disabilities.

Great and friendly staff, Gena was very helpful with my purcahse for my girlfriends birthday gift! She was very attentive and listened to me and gave great suggestions. Will be coming back here again!

5 star service every time. The soak and float shampoo is a great product to try if the have a sensitive scalp. The bath bombs are amazing!
