Went to lush for the first time and was overwhelmed by how kind and approachable all the staff were. They spent so much time working with myself and my friend on finding items that would be best suited to each of us. All staff deserve the world, favourite people ever:)

The people that were on tonight 7-8pm was absolutely helpful especially EJ she made my choice of what to purchase so much easier for me and my brother differently going back in the future would give you more stars if it was possible

Possibly the nicest service I have ever received in a shop, ever! All staff members were so friendly and approachable and spent so much time finding products with scents that we enjoyed! They took time and care with our interactions and I never felt rushed nor pressured into buying something, it was just genuine friendliness! Both my friend and I walked out with amazing products, free samples and the biggest smiles on our face! Made us want to go back straight away! Best staff ever!

Wish I could give a rating of 100/100 stars! I was helped out by the very friendly Melika! I was shopping for a present and she recommended me the perfect gift and exactly what I was looking for! She even convinced me to buy the Sticky Dates body wash as it smelt soo delicious! Melika gave me a little tester of the Silky Underwear Dusting Power because I told her how I didn’t like how moisturiser feels sticky on my body, I did test it out in store and pretty sure I’ll be back for the full size! Thank you so much Melika for being so welcoming and helpful and answering all my questions, couldn’t be happier with my purchases thanks to you:) <3

Products are fun, the claims are a bit wishy washy and the overly enthusiastic employees stop me from going more often but I get that's what their told to do

Very lovely lady helped me alot with some advice about products and samples, very friendly workers & comfortable environment, also love that lush doesn't test on animals!

Staff friendly, although nothing took my fancy to buy for my grandkids, they were well stocked.

Their always very welcoming and will gladly point you to some great products for your needs and samples if you want to go home and try. The products are natural and good for my sensitive skin and they always smell great! Their packaging is very environment friendly and you can return the tubs to them, atleast last time I checked.

Great staff, my daughter, 15, and I had a lovely experience there today. Helpful, knowledgeable and attentive. Will return for sure.

I love lush, the products are amazing, great for your skin and smell Devine. They are also environmentally responsible. The staff are always excited about their products and very helpful. My kids love this shop as well. The individual bath bombs are expensive but the bubble bars are just as amazing and can be used up to 6 times. The staff will cut these if asked to make it even easier. All my bath and shower products are from lush they are truly lush.

Really nix ew customer service.try the rosy cheecks face mask ive already bought it twice.really nice about trying bathbombs ect.only looses a star because i dont think they have all of the stick since it was on the small size

Great service but it can be an overload to your sense of smell. It's quite pricey considering they are bathbombs. But we have found the soap playdough for kids is good value and a great way to entice my youngest to bath each day. The beautiful smelly coloured soap playdough makes great bath time fun. A tub for only $11 lasted about a month.

My sense of smell doesn't always work so the workers at LUSH have been very helpful in going through their products with me and helping select a gift for mother's day. Without their service I would have been a bit lost but they were very friendly and very helpful.

Really love the products so will keep on coming back when I'm in town & need a restock
But the agenda pushing by some staff is well over the top.
I bought some products in pots because I travel heaps so the packaging free stuff doesn't work well as it's not labelled with a size if you put it in the metal travel containers. The dude serving me just wouldn't leave it alone and kept pushing.
I get trying to educate people, but leave it alone when they tell you they're not interested.

What is not to love about this store and the staff? I could write endless praise but for now I’ll just say the staff are always friendly and ready to help. The products are fantastic, both ethical and luxurious. This is my absolute favourite store!

A huge feast for the senses. I get sensory or information overload if I get carried away smelling things and reading labels, then I can't make up my mind. The staff are very friendly, helpful and entertaining.

We also like the "New" solid shampoo, which really does seem to help stimulate new hair growth, while the "American Dream" conditioner also smells lovely and does a good job. Although initially expensive, it has proven to be amazingly economical. I hope the label was kidding when it suggested using this conditioner might attract boys to our yard as I'm NOT sharing my husband with them!
