Staff are always so helpful and lovely, the kindest people work there.it’s always such a good experience.

The most helpful and positive bunch of employees! A great shopping experience here on a Saturday afternoon and I recommend shopping here, not only for the delicious products but also for the friendly and helpful service.

The people here are always so nice and the store always smells lovely the minute I walk in!

I updating my review went in today was wonderful:) nice two women who are in store today very professional, kind and informative particularly the one who serving me but also liked other lady and her hair stories!

Today I was served by a lovely human named Cassandra, we had a wonderful chat about animals and all the incredible work lush is doing for our wild! She was so invested and enthusiastic about what her company were doing and it was so refreshing to see.
In addition all the other staff members were incredibly friendly and the service overall was top notch, I got what I needed and left with some product knowledge to swill too!

Really lovely staff, consistently every time I go in. Always so helpful and friendly and I never feel uncomfortable. And the products are fantastic too ;)

I always have a great time in this store but particularly this past Friday with Figs and Leysh (hope I got that right). Figs was so helpful and so friendly, I genuinely had such a nice experience thank you!

A nice girl named Figz served me today. She was super sweet and patient. She gave me many good suggestions about the products. I will 100% go back to the lush shop to buy more next time:)

I would shop here more if it wasn't for the staff. I was walking past in the quiet time of the afternoon about 4pm, the shop was empty. I could see the 3 staff excitedly talking/working in the front and expected that I would get asked for help and such which is fine. Before I had even stepped into the shop one of the girls saw I was approaching and started screaming out to me from the counter out the door to come in and welcome. It was so off putting, I know they are bored and its expected they have to be a certain way to work there but calm down love its just a bath bomb maybe read the room - or mall.

The staff here are incredible, especially Leilu, honestly sometimes I just pop in to say hi (and usually end up buying something) because there is such a welcoming vibe.

Cassandra and the lovely team at Lush have given me an experience I will never forget, to the extent that I was about to cry tears of joy.

You’ve made me feel so welcome and guided me to the best products for myself and truly empathised with the experiences I shared whilst sharing your own.

Who knew shopping could make you feel this way, I’ve left a piece of my heart there.

I was serviced by the wonderful lizzy! She assisted me when I needed her help and helped me see what was good on my skin! She is very hardworking and will put a smile on your face when you walk in?

They are the NICEST! Today I came in and the girls were lovely and I love going there! I’m going to go there again on Tuesday and hope to see them again! They’re beautiful and 100% recommend anyone to go there!

I was just served by the most friendly and welcoming staff member named Amy. They were incredibly helpful and had the most positive work/customer service ethic. It was by far the best customer service i've ever experienced! Amy is a beautiful soul and lightens up the shop! Thank you for helping me today!:)

Store has a good selection, jace is the best, if he's still working there definitely ask for his help when at the store.

Always have stunning service and friendly conversations. Lush as a community of customers and employees are some of the most welcoming, understanding and kind people I’ve ever met. With one Eftpos machine down and a queue out the door just to pay the staff working handled it amazingly. Everyone working there today went above and beyond!
