Beautiful store, and the lovely young woman that was working on evening of Tuesday 9/01/24 was exceptional. She gave great customer service and product knowledge and treated my children in such an amazing way. She is a treasure to the business.

Always loves going to Lush, even to smell and see the bath bombs. Staffs always very friendly and helpful. Their products always interesting and smell wonderful.

The two members that helped us today were amazing. Friendly and helpful, we highly recommend.

I love their selection of body wash, bath ballistics, soaps & body sprays. Best of all, this place has products for both women AND men so it is worth a visit

*but if you have a nose that's quite sensitive the sweet smelling stuff or stuff which is extremely fragrant, you might not be able to handle stepping into the place

Monday 26th September both the lady’s were so sweet to me and knew what they were talking about and they’ll give you a sample just to put a smile on your face after you’ve shopped xx

Such a great store. My 7yo daughter and I visited and staff members Sash and Charley were amazing and offered an excited 7yo hands on demonstrations! Highly recommend, especially if you are lucky enough to be served by either of these 2 stars! Thanks again Charley and Sash

The girl I had serve me was so friendly and lovely. Also, she gave me a massive sample of sleepy time bubble bath. I did spend a lot of money but wow! What a lovely experience.

The most loveliest experience, Briony provided so much expertise in matching complimentary products with ones I was already using! I told Briony about one of my favourite scents Flying Fox and she matched the notes and scents in the ingredients list to other products in the store. Impeccable customer experience you have to say hi to Briony!

This store in Bondi junction has such a great variety of products, I was truly amazed. The staff is exceptionally helpful in explaining the products and helping you make a decision. They are not pushy, they give you time to process the information and make a purchase. I tried the products and I was very pleased with the results. I am going back here again. Extremely satisfied with the products and service.

Exceptional customer service from the Lush team at Bondi junction and their knowledge of ingredients and ability to match products based on individual skin concerns. Judgement free zone providing the right amount of assistance without pressuring a sale. Small compared to other stores but beautifully organised and arranged thoughtfully. Thank you to the enthusiastic colourful young man who rekindled my love with old favourites like Rose Jam and introduced me to a new one, cosmetic warrior fresh face mask.

Refused entry because I would not use their sanitizer before entry. I have sensitive skin. The lady was rude. I have been a customer for over a year. I will never return here.

Forcing people to sanitise hands before entry. No sanitiser kills covid 19. Will not return. Would not allow entry unless you use there sanitiser

This isn't the best lush store out there, found the staff quite rude and very haste when your trying to look around and if you have anxiety or anything similar I would avoid this store and go to another lush store as they just don't seem to understand not everyone is comfortable with social aspects.

LUSH Bondi, and in fact all LUSH stores, are absolutely amazing. It's not just because of their wide range of natural products that are so good for your skin, face, hair, and body, but because of the brand that LUSH endorses. They embrace sustainability and try not to let any products go to waste, donating products to any number of causes in need. They are truly a breath of fresh air when it comes to companies that really care about their products and who they serve. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

The other day I was at the Lush Bondi Junction shop and was absolutely mesmerised by the friendliness of the staff members, there was one gentleman in particular that made me smile - he is excellent with children (they loved him!) and his positive energy is amazing. He is an asset to the company and deserves to be acknowledged, if I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Verbal abuse from a male Lush employee (dark haired) who had already harassed me elsewhere around the centre while he wasn't at work, but he was no better inside the Lush store.
I came in to make a pre-determined purchase (depending on my treatment / experience in the store, as it has been variable for the past 2 years). I have put up with a lot from Lush employees and it used to be one of my favourite stores. This man in particularly thinks that what he is doing is ok, although he is not the only one at that particular store.
