LUSH Cosmetics Parramatta

I just found out they re-opened, and wow were the staff amazing! Thankyou to Rania and Szhayne (sorry if I misspelled). My most favorite experience by far, also the layout is so much better!

I'm very pleased that Lush has reopened in Parramatta! This cute little store was worth the wait! Shop here for the most fabulous bath bombs and shower care. All products are professionally handmade and they all smell amazing! Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. You'll definitely be making Lush a regular shopping stop!

I went here today and bought the snow fairy body lotion and it smells like marshmallows, it's a good price, I applied it and it makes your skin feel so soft

3 - the girls are so kind, sweet and joyful

4 - everything is organised really well

5 - they ask and make sure everyone knows about like half price off and stuff

6 - they explain really well when someone asks something

7 - the girls are sweet, talkative, understanding

Seeing the lovely lady named Jackie in her element made me so happy. She helped me pick some beautiful products and with her extensive knowledge on the ingredients/feel on the skin helped me pick products which were suitable for me.

The manager is a beautiful lady and would recommend the store for sure. I wish amazing things for this store and I will absolutely be back, a hundred percent.

Also, a forewarning. You will be addicted to the products, the lovely service you get and of course, the LUSH life!

Tyla was amazing! Super helpful, super bubbly and extra friendly. She spent time chatting and suggested some wonderful bath bombs for an indecisive person (me). Thank you!

I came today to lush Westfield Parramatta and we met a gorgeous retailer there her name is Elena she’s the best she gave us a lot of information about the products kind helpful

Elena was very helpful, my kids really enjoyed the demonstration at Lush& were very happy to participate in the activity. Definitely a great experience for kids.

I had such a great experience at Lush with Tyla helping me. She was very kind, approachable and knowledgeable on what scrubs/face masks would suit different skin types. The store in general was also very organised, clean with good vibes all around!

The new lush store is possibly the nicest lush store I have visited. My experience was especially highlighted by the help I received from the staff. I was consistently checked on throughout my visit, but I received particularly excellent customer service from Chantelle who wore a black scarf, and Jemma located at the register. Both staff went above and beyond and catered to my skin needs. I will definitely be back!

The customer service here is beyond! The girls there are genuinely lovely and really look after you. You can see they all work really well together as a team! I didn’t catch her name but the lady with the american accent is so bloody lovely!

Just had the best experience at Lush Parramatta. Although all staff was great, Chantelle went above and beyond for us. She was extremely helpful and friendly and made the whole experience an amazing one. Will definitely come back just for her!
