This shop is so unique and the aroma in the shop just makes you want to shop longer. The staff are so courteous and the service is prompt. Love this place.

I visited lush today in Penrith with my baby boy and my daughter.
We were served by Cecilia who went above and beyond to make my kids feel comfortable and interacted with them on choosing there new shower gels. Even showing them on how it feels and laugh and joke around.
She was fabulous, I even ask for her advice about my skin and she was more then happy to help.
Had a big smile though out the whole encounter, thanks again for the amazing service and I will be back to tell her the results of the shower gels.

Thank you very much to the lovely sales team (I didn't grab their name) that helped my daughter pick out a mother's day gift for me while I stood outside so as to not ruin the suprise. My daughter loved her little added bonus. You were so great with her ensuring she stayed in her limit and knew what to do.

Lush has a special place in my heart, I've been shopping at the Penrith location ever since I was a little girl. The team are very helpful and you never feel judged. Love that lush is all about equality and that they have charity products.

Every time I come in, I am greeted so nicely and given as much help as possible to ensure I'm making the best decisions for my skin type.

Shout out to Sophie who helped me with some products to help with my combination face and eczema prone body type. She was very knowledgeable on what products would be best suited to me and even went a little further out into some products I normally wouldn't have looked at but helped me look outside the box.

I'll definitely be returning!

My time here was amazing, this lovely lady Amy went above and beyond for my friend and I, she was very patient with me as I am indecisive, and gave me full customer service with everything (she even gives a good hand wash and moisturise) she honestly deserves a raise.

Besides being a gorgeous smelling store, the 2 women working there today were of the old style professional service. Really enjoyed my experience, had intended to just "pop" in and out but ended up staying longer and spending more. Nothing was too difficult or a bother. Good employees. Thanks.

Helpful friendly & knowledgeable staff, came here twice to get birthday gifts and they had the exact right questions to ask.personally not for me but will come here for all gifting needs.

I walked into Penrith Lush to buy myself a bath bomb and was greeted by your lovely staff member Hannah who was so friendly and welcoming, she helped me find new products to suit me and what I liked scent wise and wasn't at all overbearing or trying to "sell" me things, she was very sweet and genuine and after a long hard day I walked out of your store feeling happier and excited to try my new products! We need more Hannah's in the world!

I had a great experience in the store today. The man at the til was fantastic. A very warm and welcoming person. I didn’t catch his name but he had brown hair and glasses!

I agree with Katrice Holt and Scott Lyall I too had a dreadful experience with this store late last year. I was a regular but never again. I have found another store in Penrith Plaza that could not help me enough after this visit. They get as much of my custom as I can, I threw my remaining lush products in the bin I could not bear to have them in the house. And before you ask no I did not report this as I don't plan to be insulted with ah we are terribly sorry or please call us to discuss. POQ lush

Such a friendly place with a great atmosphere! I went by last Saturday to pick up some regular products and Tara went above and beyond to help out. Her glittery fun personality made the whole experience amazing: D

Lush workers are a special breed. I got a huge sample pack of lots of vegan hair things to try as im not near a store to get in and try things out. I have gone vegan and wanted to try out lushs hair range and a special lady surprised me with a huge package of things to try before i commit to which product i want which is beyond nice and helpful for me as i have a disablity and have trouble talking to people making calls and actually getting into a physical shop. Anita is a huge assit to any company and she deserves a huge bonus for all she does for the company. Everytime i have been  able to pyshically get in store she is also beyond helpful with all the new products and what would suitable as gifts and so forth. Shes so welcoming and easy to talk to and so knowledgeable with all the products. Nothing is to much trouble for her and its always a treat to go in and be so well looked after by her. I will be making a big order after i have tried all my samples and firgured out what works best for me.

I am a very regular customer, so much that most of the staff actually recognise me.
Today I had one of the most horrible and degrading experiences I’ve had in a shop. 2 weeks ago I suffered with an accident which has resulted in surgery and being in a cast so therefore I only have one good hand.
The staff member KICKED ME OUT OF THE STORE! All because I’m physically unable to use hand sanitizer as I can’t get the cast and bandage wet and I can’t sanitize the “good” hand as I’m unable to rub it properly.
I was so embarrassed and put on the spot with being asked to leave when a week before this I went in with no problem and a gentleman helped me to carry as I only do have one hand.

I have emailed head office but it’s disgusting how I was treated today.
