I love this place. The food I crave…. Especially the pretzels! Staff are so friendly, food always fresh. Coffee is great. Prices affordable.

Very bad, the food has been cooked and recooked from one day to another… I went a few times and it was always the same we can feel it’s not fresh. Only the first time was ok. You guys should give the bakeries to poor people at the end of the day but not re-heat it the next day. It’s very bad taste and can be prone to diseases. I do not recommend, there is a serious change to make in terms of freshness. It’s already something frozen and not made by them. The least they can do is offer fresh pasteries heated only once!

Love this bakery! All the pastries and goodies are delish. My top pick for sweet pastry is the apple triangle, veggie corner for savoury, and i love the ham and egg sandwich as well. Their coffee is soo good and affordable too. They also have the best service Can’t recommend this place more!

The products are excellent especially like the salted pretzel & cheese snail. Went there in the morning coffee was good would wanna go back again.

Girls who are paid to serve customers - ignore customers & chat - lots - for that reason we all go to SOUL ORIGIN where staff are lovely customer service is Very Fast with excellent coffee!

Feeling disgusted by this woman’s behavior. I came here several times and encounter a man working there, he was nice. This lady was shouting at me for not accepting card payment for transaction below $3. Instead of saying nice words, she started to shout at me. At a busy shopping mall, how can I hear what you gray hair lady were mumbling about at first. Australia is a country that is full of nice people but this lady has nothing to offer except her disrespectful behaviors. If she does not like her job, she can quit and GO TO HELL!

I read bad review about this bakery only about this particular woman. Please do something!

The seeded pesto vegetarian burger was reasonable and amazing in taste. However, I believe if it's heated up a bit, would taste much better. Good thing is they have options too for seeded and seedless breads! Always busy for a reason.

I thoroughly recommend all of the pastries, especially their Apple Triangle; so much that I almost wept and became instantly addicted from the first bite. The beautiful staff know their way around a coffee machine too!

One of the reasons why I moved to Macquarie Park! The bakery never fail to amaze me! Good job! Keep it up!

Lüneburger in general is great. I’m disappointed that this place doesn’t sell the mini-pastries (for example maple pecan mini danish). I often feel like a sweet treat but the full size pastries can be a bit big. Very happy for to support a business that tries to make European style desserts - very few places in Sydney doing this.

I really like their coffee, especially when the German guy makes it. Pastry and sandwiches are nice too

Waited for service for approx 4 minutes while staff chatted with a customer they obviously knew, did see me but didnt acknowledge me. I just walked away.rude!

I was standing in line and I saw a dude, I asked him if he was waiting in line and he was like "I'm just ordering one of them" as he pointed at the savoury baked goods. This did not answer my question, and I stared at him, stunned. He looked at me with empathy and asked "is there any way I can help? " and I continued to not say anything, I just felt completely frozen and speechless, as if my world had collapsed and the old language was erased from my mind in an instant. In that moment I felt completely and utterly alone, stranded in a crowd, unable to swim my way out of the storm. The cappuccino was okay.
