Paul has always been proactive to make things happen and that problems were attended to promptly. He ensured our vacate was smooth and you will be lucky to have him as your Building Manager!

Good Afternoon Dino,

As a former property manager, I want to pass on our personal gratitude for the common sense notion to employ Mauro as the Caretaker at the Habitat Apartments at 1 McDonald St, Potts Point.

I have been on site refurbishing our apartment (No. 93) from Tuesday 16 Feb to Tuesday 23 Feb. At all times I have been at the building and run into Mauro he is busy cleaning, tidying up, helping residents with issues, (such as trying to find the right tin of paint for our apartment door), and assisted our carpet contractor to park in the appropriate spot. The fact he lives in the building is a distinct advantage.

Today 27/02, I attended the opening of our apartment for lease by our managing agents.

To my amazement, Mauro has gone to the trouble to clean the entire lift lobby tiled floor area on level 9 (and I assume other floors as well).

I have never seen the common areas of this building so clean and looking amazing. Mauro is keeping them that way.

Please take care to support Mauro, I doubt you would find anyone better.

I am an owner" in "Bayswater Apartments" in Rushcutters Bay.
I have always found Luna Management Company to be very responsive and very professional.
There are several residents who blatantly disregard all the rules regarding breaking down the cardboard boxes and other packaging material and placing in the recycling Bins.
All residents are aware of the rules and regulations, and there have been numerous emails sent from Luna Management Company, and reminders posted in the common areas over the past several months. Despite these emails and reminders, the rules are being ignored, and it is the cleaners who have to clean up the messes left, and break down the boxes and packaging materials left by some residents!
This is community living, and it is everybody's responsibility to play by the rules.
It is the management company who then has to enforce these rules if they are not being adhered to.
I think Luna management has been doing a very good job of maintaining our wonderful building and enforcing the rules when the rules are being ignored!
Keep up the good job Luna Management!

Paul, the building manager at The Chatswood, is the most easy going, responsible and diligent person I've ever met. He treats everyone in the building like a member of his family and takes care of their needs. His image is no doubt a reflection of true professionalism of LUNA management.

Sebastian our Building Manager in Potts Point engaging, responsive & easy to converse with. Communication and dialog is key which has always been provided.

I have been happy with Luna Management at Springfield Tower. I always find the Building Manager Sebastian to be very helpful with any enquires I have had.
Always responsive in keeping me updated with information on projects occurring within the building as well as safety protocols. Helps navigate me through approval process steps thoroughly for renovations I conduct at home and any other information I need to provide.

The proof that a Building Manager is performing well must surely be that issues that arise are resolved in an increasingly seamless manner. When the strata can be sure that their investment in their building management is well founded - then everyone wins. Luna continue to increase the efficiency of maintaining our strata, and are approachable and responsive.

Luna Management - in particular Paul at the Chatswood - can't say enough kind words! He does a supurb job managing the building for the residents and is extremly helpful and friendly all the time. Nothing is too hard and Paul is always willing to help!

Great service from the Luna building management at the Chatswood apartment complex. He is friendly and readily available during the day and can be relied upon to assist in any building related issues that you may have. Tonight we are the spotlight, the landmark and the star in Chatswood. All the building around us were looking, they were looking into a community that they wish to be part of.

I want to say a big thank you to Paul and Luna Management's invaluable support and assistance with planning our Christmas BBQ. Paul's expertise in event management, food arrangements and the coordinating supporting staff were greatly appreciated.

Many of our residences made a point of telling me how impressed they were by the smooth organisation of the event. I really appreciate Luna's help, and i am sure our next one would be even better.
