Considering the price point the dining experience was disappointing.
Dining in a private dining room with pre set menu, the experience was geared towards profitability. All courses were very average. Fried chicken and pork with bland vegetarian options.

A true hidden gem in the Sydney restaurant scene.
Food is supreme with an amazing view. What I would actually make comment on is the level of professionalism and attentiveness of the staff.
Also. They have probably the most comfortable seats of any restaurant. Toilets are also very cool.
You really need to tick this one off. You'll be back.
Overall. The restaurant is managed and put together seamlessly.

A perfect place for a date night, a special celebration or just because you want to dine with the beautiful views of the Opera House.
The atmosphere is elegant yet relaxed and the food is delicious.

We ordered the beef rump, fried chicken, fried rice and dumplings which looked too pretty to eat. The drinks were different and delightful. The fried chicken was a bit on the sweet side so if you prefer spicy fried chicken I probably won’t recommend that but it still was a very yummy dish. Beef rump was one of the best I’ve tasted. The portion sizes of the large dishes however can be a bit bigger given the price charged.

We were attended to by lovely Sabrina whose service was friendly and professional.

We recommend for people to try this modern Asian fusion restaurant.

The hostess and entire staff were really lovely, accommodating and knowledgeable about the menu and the food came out faster than any other restaurant we’ve been too and was also the most delicious, especially the honey yuzu chicken, Peking duck salad and fish cakes. The hostess was even kind enough to notice my dad taking a picture and helped get one of all three of us. It was an amazing experience with a great outdoor view and would definitely recommend for anyone thinking of going.

Beautiful staff. Explained the menu well and very attentive.
Duck melted in my mouth and the white chocolate Alexander cocktail dessert was the best thing to finish off with.

We had a great event at Luna Lu last Thursday evening to celebrae our big occassion. The food and the service was fantastic. The atmoshere is unparrallel. Highy recommended!

Had a wonderful vegan meal and the atmosphere is stunning with views of the opera house and harbour bridge. Would recommend booking as it was busy even on a weekday

This was the second time visiting Luna Lu in the past month. The food was exceptional and the service off the charts. Kenny the sommelier was brilliant. Highly recommended.

Spectacular food and service. The service was fast and the exquisite tastes will bring us back o Luna Lu everytime we come to Sydney.

Lunch was amazing. We had short ribs, friend edamame rice and dum sum with lobster and crab. Incredible. It was an absolutely lovely lunch.

New Years Eve.never to be forgotten! The good folks at Luna Lu gave my Lady and I a New Years Eve to be remembered and a meal that when we close our eyes can …. Still see the mouth watering presentation of their wonderful cuisine.

The service was unbelievable, the food-beyond compare, the presentation of the fare was pure artistry, and the location for the Fireworks was PERFECT!

The staff made us feel… well like we were home among friends.

I could go on and on.but I think I will let my pictures do the talking.we came from the States to celebrate with you good Aussie folks.and we thank you all for your kindness and helpfulness when ever we needed it.

Great food and great service! I literally ordered all the mains and everything is great. I hope you guys could come up with more main options. I’ll definitely revisit soon.

PS: I went there on 2nd March if you could please let the waitresses know that I’m appreciated to their wonderful service. They made our dinner unforgettable ️

Came here for holly Saturday late lunch and enjoy the food and the view, located under Harbour bridge with opera house stunning view, need to say manager there was so welcoming, handsome and friendly that definitely makes you want to come back again!

Great location. Good service. Amazing food. Plenty of plant based options which can be quite difficult to find in the area. Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing.

Perfect dining place with a stunning view of the opera house and harbour bridge. Most dishes are tasty, especially pork belly bao, wok-fried wagyu beef with wasabi, Shanghai toothfish and seafood candies fried rice. Highly recommend!

Service was appalling. Staff are rude and arrogant with no common sense. The service was horrible from when we arrived, waiting at the entry for 5 minutes before having to walk up to a waitress to get her attention. The restaurant was not busy and we had a reservation which made this inexcusable. Then the staff member waived her hand in my face when speaking as she told me the dish I wanted to order was not that nice?

They then brought out a birthday cake as we were still eating?

The staff need training on customer service and etiquette. They also need training on common sense as it seems to be very valuable after this experience.

This is very sad as the food was absolutely amazing 10/10 but due to the poor service, definitely will not return.
