The technician was friendly and efficient, but the overall experience was pretty unsettling. The Piccadilly centre is so dilapidated it looks totally derelict from the outside, a ghost town inside, with empty shop fronts, damp stains on ceilings, dirt and leaves on the floors, and the clinic itself smells so strongly of mould, I was afraid to breathe deeply despite wearing a mask. Mould is a health hazard for workers and should probably be reported for their safety. Even the waiting room couch felt sticky and unhygienic. Also, the rooftop parking is uneven, full of cracks, and gives no direct access to the centre (forcing pedestrians to walk down the car ramp, in all weather) and seems ready to collapse! Has to be seen to be believed. I did not feel safe going there alone.

Parking when coming with someone in a wheelchair was very challenging if you are visiting the Picadilly centre office. The service by the technicians was great.

I recently took my mother to Lumus for bone scanning. All staff were very friendly and caring. Staff assisted my mother on and off machines and made us aware exactly what was happening for all procedures she had. The doctor also took time to speak with us. The service was great. I cannot fault it in anyway and highly recommend Lumus to anyone requiring nuclear medicine.

The technician was lovely. She administered a needle without any pain whatsoever. Incredible!
