Very hurt and treated badly for pelvic ultrasound. Rude sonographer who didn’t understand or care that I was in pain during the procedure. They would not listen to what I was saying and hurt me. I have never had such an experience before and was very upset. I would never go to this place again and do not recommend here for women’s pelvic ultrasound.

Reception staff were outstanding. I came in with a bit of pain and the ladies were so kind, compassionate and helpful. Highly recommend this team!

The receptionist was nice, but someone inside did the ultrasound not that friendly. I said can you wait for a few minutes for my husband and she such a didn’t listen.

The staffs there were very friendly. I forgot to take the referral letter with my son ready to do a scan fasting. The staff tryed to help us in different possible ways to get the letter send through, and even provide a medical letter for my son to take to school for being late. Very professional customer service with big smiles! Strong recommend.

I have had two ultrasounds here by two different woman and they were so lovely. I felt safe, comfortable and cared for. Thank you so much. The best experience for an ultrasound I have had in Sydney. Thank you to the ladies at reception as well.

Never have I felt so comfortable doing a mammogram and ultrasound! The ladies were so comforting and lovely. I felt like they treated me like an individual and not just another patient (like I felt at St George Private). I will definitely be returning and recommending them to others.

Fabulous Imaging centre. The receptionists were very lovely and the ultrasound technician went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and at ease.

Worst experience. The staff at the reception is very rude. She asked my date of birth, and I said month first then date. The woman interrupted me and asked me to say that again because she wanted me to say date first?

One of the ladies at the reception was very rude, when I complained about it she started to laugh at me.
