Friendly staff, scan done efficiently and didn't have to wait too long.

I would recommend Lumus Imaging at Strathfield. The staff are very helpful

Waited 1 hour and 40 mins for an appointment early on in the week. I asked the receptionist early on how long it’ll take as I could go home and come back as they said they were “running a bit late” and they couldn’t give an answer

Then my report and scans weren’t complete several days afterwards even tho they said it will be done for the next day. I saw the doctor for no reason as they weren’t sent my scan details.

Didn’t pick up my phone calls so I went in person to get in touch with this place. Apparently the radiologist didn’t finish the report and they’re “not in until next week”. There’s a radiologist currently there (it’s still only Thursday) but the receptionist says they won’t do it.

I’ve stated the facts. Seems like this place is extremely disorganised and lack teamwork. If they were a bit more organised they will communicate with each other about how late they’ll be and handover unfinished work.

I’ve been feeling extremely sick and I still can’t get a diagnosis. They’ve used up my referral so I can’t go get a scan elsewhere

I’ve never had scans take this long. Will add to this review if I still don’t get the scans next week. Just ridiculous.

After getting the run around from another imaging centre, who incorrectly booked my appointment. Strathfield imaging centre at Strathfield Private Hospital squeezed me in on the same day, didn't wait long. They were all very helpful, caring and professional.

My partner and I had our 20 week morphology scan with Bernard at the Sutherland Imaging Center and it was a fantastic experience.

Bernard was very knowledgeable and thorough and even sweet enough (no pun intended) to give me water, tea and biccies when I had a pregnant lady turn after laying on my back for so long!

L always have a mammogram and ultrasound done here. Everyone is friendly and professional. Sometimes theres a bit of a wait to get this done but thats okay as patients in the hospital need imaging services done too.

I had an ultrasound and scan done here. The staff were all kind, considerate and efficient plus I had no waiting time.
