Lumus Imaging Orange reviews
7The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The radiologist made me feel very relaxed & explained everything clearly for me. I couldn’t ask for better treatment.
Amazing service, short wait times. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great professional service. And love bulk billing.
Out at the new Bloomfield rooms, great service. Reception was nice and radiographer was very professional while still being friendly. 100% would return for any new lumps
Fantastic place with lovely staff, just one suggestion though, when a person rings for an MRI could you tell them its a small unit and not big enough for some people to fit in.thanks
My recently deceased husband had an investigative MRI, ordered by a visiting Sydney specialist, performed here in early December 2018. Over six weeks later, on the next visit to the visiting doctor, the missing report was chased up and located, having been sent to the wrong place. I will never know, but that report contained the first evidence of metatastic cancer - six or seven weeks is a long time without treatment. Not acceptable. One star is too high a rating.
Excellent sonographer and mri people but the reception staff are horrible, been there multiple times and they still seem to be lacking people skills & how to treat people. Each time I have attended the reception staff seem bothered you are even checking in to your appt.
I would like to suggest THAT one
of your staff especially Dr LABUSCHANGE HAVE A REFRESHER COURSE ON WHAT IS ACCEPTABLE MANNERS WHEN PERFORMING A PROCEDURE.
EYE CONTACT. INTRODUCING ONESELF, THANKING. WOULD BE A START.
I thought he was very rude.signed
