I received excellent care and attention
The staff were kind and helpful and provided excellent explanation of every aspect of the procedure!
Very professional and pleasant team. The whole experience was informative and done in a manner that put me at ease.
Totally professional. Dr highly professional and kind and caring as well. Keeping me informed every step of the procedure. Reception staff are courteous and friendly. Overall a very positive experience, do highly recommend.

Diligent, professional and friendly staff helped me sort through my referrals to get the care i needed quickly and easily. Beautful new building very well laid out.
Polite when I've gone in, but after the company cancelling my appointment on me leaving a voice message saying my appointment is cancelled because the sonographer can't make it in, and not opening up the lines to be contactable for the number I was advised to ring back on, I had to make hasty arrangements to get another referl and get into another Imaging Place as my ultrasound was urgent. Then I received a call from Lumus 40 minutes after my appointment time asking if I got their message, and obviously hadn't gone in to be advised that they would have been more than happy to do it with another sonographer! Unacceptable.
The staff and facilities are the BEST in orange. I will definitely be making lumus my 1st option for any future appointments!
