Lumière Beauty Clinic Best Cosmetic Surgery Clinic Sydney

I don't usually write reviews but after sometime thinking, I'm very unhappy with my visit and service. I brought a 3 area botox treatment on groupon, I have previously used dysport twice in the past, was reassured xeomin would work and have longer lasting effects so was excited. After the two week mark I went back and queried my treatment as it hadn't quite done the same as my previous treatments id had in NZ, gave benefit of the doubt as was a different product. After a month noticed pretty much all movement had come back. I had messaged and sent through a video of the areas and was advised I would have to wait till the new year for an app as the nurse was away. When I went in they did nothing but try and convince me it was still working and all fine, I said i'm not happy this is not good enough after a month when promised 4-5. They then tried charging me the same price I had paid to top it up. I thought this was ridiculous and left least to say quite pissed off. I had taken up my own time to go back for these consults where they were less then helpful, and would rather have paid full price somewhere else for longer lasting results. Will not go back and will not recommend to friends.

They charge extremely high fees (at least double compared to similar clinics in Sydney), and products and projects cannot be paid for simultaneously. Each payment also incurs a very high surcharge. It is evident that they are overcharging; remarkably, they manage to levy an additional surcharge of around $100 with each payment. What a scam clinic.

Done hydra facial and Swedish massage here and the experience is really good and worth the money, highly recommend!

Lumiere always has the good service, the staff there are very friendly and professional, the facial are very effective.my skin has improved a lot after I did in there.

She walked me through which steps with what was happening and always checked up on how comfortable I was. I felt super taken care of! She really went above and beyond!

30min to 1h waiting time before every session. Hair laser removal did not work for me on both legs and arms, I would not recommend

I had a 10am appointment, came early, and was greeted with the actual beautician 30min after. Customer service and punctuality isn’t great. First beautician hardly knew how to speak English, it was difficult to understand what she was saying and the consultation was meaningless. Second beautician was excellent, she made Hydrafacial experience worth it, despite the late start.

Got double eyelid surgery here a few weeks ago and it was amazing! Staff are super accomodating and professional, my surgeon did amazing work and majority of the swelling was gone after a week, my consultant was super helpful and informative. Would highly recommend Lumiere!

I had the amazing Hydrafacial and Diamond Polar treatments. The therapist and consultant were very friendly and proffessional. They really take the time to listen to your skin concerns and help you with suggestions on how to fix them. I will 100% be back and recommending to my friends. Love it!

The environment and services are really good. I did hydro facial here, but they also remove my acne for free. Very nice ppl here. Highly recommended.
