Hands down the best clinic I've been to and I've been to many. It's hard to find actual medical doctors working in beauty clinics but Dr. Elena is not only a doctor but very professional, and in addition the clinic has excellent quality machines for the different treatments which goes a long way.

I had a large mole on my face ever since High School and recently took the step to see what my options were in terms of removing it. I contacted Dr Elena at Lumi in North Sydney and asked what my options were. She was very informative and was quick to reply with any answers I needed. When I got there, she attended to me almost immediately and talked me through the process. Everything took about 20-30 minutes and didn’t feel rushed at all. I asked her about my skin in general during the session and she was thoughtful about additional advice she gave me. Overall, the process and her clinic is comfortable, immaculate and professional. Thank you Dr Elena, I’ll be back for other skincare procedures.

Dr Elena is very gentle and really focused on my concerns, gave really good advices and told me what I really need at this stage.

I didn't want to write this review at first, but my husband got shocked, i ve got burn mark on my neck after HIFU treatment with Elena Morozova, this was the most unprofessional and very dangerous treatment, i wasn't only one customer on the day, she was attending other people in another room, which made our treatment process a bit hectic, which lead to her mistakes.
She was in and out a few times, when she got back last time she grabbed the device (treatment tool) and applied to my neck.likely not my face (otherwise my face would have burn mark) something has happened to this device while she was away.with other client, without checking she went straight to the treatment process and this tool was extremely hot by this time, without any apologies Elena did some changes to this tool and continued like nothing has happened.
In the end of the session i saw it in the mirror (the burn mark) and was completely shocked that she is acting normally without even saying to me anything, no apologies nothing, she saw it and didn't take any actions.

I have the privilege to enjoy several treatments with Dr Elena. She is one of the most professional, caring and meticulous cosmetic doctors I've ever encountered. The result has been nothing short of excellent.

She explained the procedure thoroughly making me feel at ease, and her work is done with utmost precision.

With each treatment, I can always feel her passion for her work. She cares most about the safety and the quality of her work above anything else. I could not praise highly enough of her.

Quite nice service for microneedling, a bit more painful and temporary redness/bruising than I expected but not too bad and she was very open and accommodating about it.

Results weren't quite as good as I wanted but still a bit of improvement which is nice.

I highly recommend all the services, because I have already tried all of them. With you will work a talented and very pleasant Dr. Elena. I am very pleased and I have great results. And I will come many more times. Thank you Lena. You are a professional and a wonderful person.

The owner is a lovely person, but her treatments don’t work. I had done the fat freezing treatment in February and I didn’t notice any improvement. Also, she doesn’t follow up with the clients. I wouldn’t recommend.

Amazing experience. Very welcoming and lovely space. Dr Elena made the whole experience very easy. I will definitely be rebooking. If you’re considering going here, don’t hesitate, I highly recommend it!

Dr. Elaine (sorry if I misspelled) did my treatment and she was amazing. Very very thorough and very knowledgeable (well she is a doctor so of course she is!) Treatment was discounted so I did not expect an amazing treatment but she was the best doctor I have ever had! Highly recommended
