Lugarno Cafe Car Wash

Took car home and finished cleaning the places on roof back window guard flares and bonnet they missed. Used micro fiber cloth to clean off all the Fluff their cloth left all over my vehicle inside and out. Very poor attention to detail.

Used a Groupon voucher. Coffee not included. Plenty of seating but the girls at the counter not the most friendly.

I had no worries about leaving my car with the previous owners in regards to top service or theft of possessions from my car.however with these new owners on 2 occasions I have found cds missing from my glove box. I thought at first I had misplaced them or had loaned them to family.but no this wasn't the case. I will br calling the manager to report this.that someone who has been hired to work there is stealing from customers cars during the process of the car wash. I don't want to go back there as I feel that I have to remove all cds from the glove box plus cd player in case others get stolen?
It made me think that this has probably happened to other customers as well?
I will be going elsewhere to get my car washed.

1st experience here was a good one. Early Saturday morning and whilst busy, they got me in for a deluxe service. I went down to Lugarno shops for breakfast and then back a bit early and sat in their café. Fool was me for not looking at the menu here earlier. They have everything you want and at cheaper prices.
Friendly staff and car was clean as a whistle. Will definitely return

Great place for a awesome coffee and a really good job on my car. The girl behind the counter is cute and dose a mean toasted sandwich.
