Brilliant service - photo sent to show beauty of bouquet and that it was delivered. Lucy’ Florist gave excellent customer service by trying to accommodate our needs. They readily corresponded with me so that I felt that I was dealing with real people who cared about their clients, service and products. My daughter sent a message to me saying it was a ‘particularly pretty bouquet’ - so thank you Lucy’s Florist and all who work there.

Terrible looking greenish tinge to the "high society roses". Not visually appealing whatsoever. When we called to speak to the manager she was extremely rude and lacking empathy, shouting down the phone that she'd been a florist for 20 years and that we are wrong. Would not recommend this place for customer service nor quality of flower.

Thank you for the beautiful flowers I ordered from the UK for my friend in Chiswick for her birthday. Unfortunately what I ordered online was not seasonal and Lucy's florist emailed me. I requested pinks and creams with roses. My friend was over the moon with her floral display delivered to her. She sent me a photo. It was beautiful, imaginative and clearly arranged by someone who understands flowers! Thank you Lucy's Florist. I would highly recommend using them. Best wishes Karen United Kingdom

this is the most awful flowers i've ever seen. I paid $99 for the large size, it looks amazing on their website.the another $15 for delivery hoping to surprise my friend on her birthday so i requested for moring delivery.she ended up reciving the flowers at 4PM.and the bouquet is so tiny, flowers are on the verge of dying, it is the worst flowers i've ever seen in my life.complete waste of $114, i wish i have just gone to woolies and bought her flowers from there.i've attached the image from their website, verses what she actually recieved.

I ordered an indoor plant but unfortunately the florist couldn't get one of good quality. Rather than just sending it anyway in bad shape they offered me a replacement plant instead, sending me photos of options for me to select as well as a 20% refund. The replacement plant was just as nice and I appreciate their effort. Will definitely use again

The owner Lucy was so very rude and abrupt on the phone when I was making inquires about a delivery to my elderly parents. I’m of the opinion that other florists would appreciate the business and be a lot more service orientated.

I've enjoyed the friendly service and fresh flowers from this local florist a few times since moving into the area. I love their selection of indoor plants, perfect for my new apartment.

This is another bad service Lucy’s fails to secure.delivery do the items ruined on the streets the Chinese owner rude unsafe he did not care to di safe duty care he too rude to secure delivery- he does not have heart for children birthday, special celebrations heartless rude.

Do not go to him taxpayers wake up he wants the media than do kind caring job

Excellent service and beautiful arrangements for our corporate event. Lucy was wonderful when I gave her a brief explanation of what I was after and created exactly what I had imagined, but was struggling to put into words. Our guests were so impressed that everyone was begging me to take the arrangements home with them after the event finished. I will definitely be using their services again.

I recently made two online purchases. They were delivered in excellent time and the arrangements looked just like the picture online with even more flowers! After making the mistake of using another online service that didn't deliver at my uncle's funeral, Lucy's made up for it with a lovely arrangement to my aunty's home. I also used Lucy's Florist some years ago for my wedding and I was very happy with the product.

I feel like I Just got ripped off. $40 for a small “native” bunch without her showing me before wrapping them.they’re just a “dried” bunch.

Fantastic easy to use website, beautiful range of flowers, pot plants and other accessories like chocolate and wine to add to your gift. Delivery was easy and prompt on the day required. I didn’t even have to speak to anyone, it just went like clockwork! Thank you so much

I cant reply to the owner so decided to edit my review! Unfortunately you guys tell false statements! And advertise falsely! HE ASKED FOR S WITH RED ROSES AND THEY WHERE NOT ON THE FLOWERS YOU GUYS PUT 5 ROSES STUFFED IN GREEN PLANTS AT THE BOTTOM OF THE FLOWERS! LIES LIES! You guys over charged him FOR A PEICE OF FLOWERS THAT WAS FULL OF GREEN LEAFS HARDLY ANY ROSES WHERE ATTACHED THE PEICE WAS practically FALLING APART! BEWARE STAY AWAY FROM THIS FLORIST Their was NO LETTER S may I ADD! Hardly any roses aded we could have gone to woolies to buy roses! Lucy's florist is the best flower shop in town.they are very helpful in choosing flowers that are suitable for customers.their flowers are fresh.and a very affordable price.thanks aunty lucy and team:)

First and last time. Bought 10 rose for Valentine’s Day almost $100 for them in a presentable white box. The fruit shop up the road sold better roses for half the price. Lucy take a look at your competitors.

Ordered flowers for a friend. She received 4 stems of flowers with no green extra foliage. We were both pretty disappointed as you can easily get this for much cheaper at grocery stores. I expected more for price paid & that it's from a florist, paying for delivery as well. Reached out via email & FB messages about the disappointment but never heard back.

Beautiful flowers, brilliant service ordered at 5am and were delivered by 11am that morning. Online ordering very easy.
