The session is a two-way talking experience of listening and learning and incorporates techniques such as hypnotherapy with homework and reading exercises.

She has a way about her that makes you feel comfortable to talk about the really difficult stuff and works with you to recognise and label your behaviour so you can deal with it (alone or as a couple) and move through.
