I am extremely happy with LS Surveyors. Mr Lakshman the surveyor kept his promised by doing the surveying for me on time and also managed to do the report the day after the survey. I really appreciated his understanding of my needs to get the report as soon as possible. Plus when I require more detail information Mr Lakshman without hesitation help me again with no further chargers. If you are looking for a surveyor I strongly recommend his service. We used L. S Surveyors to remove the Limitation on our Title as to convert into full Torrens Title. Our back boundaries were complicated as the title Boundaries were not matching with the existing records.
The registered surveyor was handling the issue in a highly professional manner and resolved the boundary issues. L. S Surveyor highly recommended for converting from old system title to Torrens Title.
Lakshman completed our Identification survey for a Building Information Certificate. He was very polite and responsive to emails and calls. Lakshman kept us informed, confirming the process and time frames. The survey was completed with minimal disturbance to our neighbours (party wall) and on time. The final survey was emailed straight after payment.
