I bought their North Coast Mix Firewood and it appeared NOT well seasoned. I complained to them about it and Tom went out of his way to discuss the problems with me an provide me with some extra firewood as compensation. This contrasts with the treatment I got from Shantana when I had a bad load of firewood from them several years ago and was simply told that 'nobody else had complained' (I note that Shantana has changed ownership in the intervening period, so maybe they are now a bit more customer focussed - I wouldn't know as I have not bought from them since that bad experience).
I have given them LMLS 4 stars because they did do their best to rectify the problem, but they would have needed to provide a good product in the first place to get 5 stars from me.

Im getting back into gardening and emailed the other night to query about the veggie soil mix. Next morning I got a reply and 4h later was delivered to my door. So quick! Will get more when i need a top up.

I got a half a ton of sand and it did not fill a small otto bin (250l) They say it is correct and kept changing there story. I call it stealing. Avoid them at all cost.

It's possible to find cheaper, but it is much more convenient to go to Blaxland than further down towards the City. Time and time saved generally worth it. Very good range.

DO NOT BUY, GLASS IN SOIL, LIARS THEIVES AND CHEATS. I WAS TOLD OVER THE PHONE THAT I AM LIAR AFTER I GET A LOAD OF SOIL AND THERE IS GLASS IN IT I CUT MYSELF AND END UP IN HOSPITAL WITH VERY BAD INFECTION. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE

I ordered some premium top soil for my lawns 2 weeks ago the quantity was perfectly calculated. Within a week of spreading it on my lawns and watering it in my lawns look the best they have ever looked. Same day delivery too

The wood was not dry (still a lot of water inside) and covered in dust / dirt because it was from a landscape company. As a result it did not burn very well at all! I had to split each peice to get it to burn properly. They are friendly and professional guys but their wood was not very good. I would not buy from them again. I am sure they run a good landscape company but not firewood.
