The seller was exceptionally helpful. I bought some wire to test to see if it would work for my specific need. As it didn't work for my unique purpose the seller gave me a full refund without me requesting one. The seller did not need to do this as I chose to test the wire even though the seller doubted it would work but I wanted to take the gamble regardless. The seller was very thoughtful and generous.

Well I did at Low Cost Wire.

The job was a 'nothing job' just $24 worth.but the service I got.you'd think I was spending $1000's!

From the first phone call where I left a message to ACTUALLY getting a return call.and then the confidence that I'd ACTUALLY found someone who UNDERSTOOD my needs.which was to fabricate a cable to repair a wheelchair ramp.

I travelled over 60 kilometres each way passing numerous 'other suppliers' and would gladly bypass them all again to go to Scott at Low Cost Wire.

Mine was a small job - but having seen what he can do.if I had a BIG job, there's no else I'd even talk to.

I went to the warehouse to purchase cable and fittings and owner was extremely helpful running through all the options and offering great advice.
Dont bother price checking, by far the cheapest around.
Have used the products and are of very high quality of what you would expect.

Came here to get some wire (stainless 1.6mm) and thimbles for picture hanging. Really great quality wire backed by some really great customer service by Scott. Low cost is the bonus!
