Lovisa

Super annoying, I arrived at open time (9am) on the dot to grab something for a morning function. Waiting still at 9: 10am and Lovisa is the only shop not open in Chatswood Westfield. @management, would suggest finding staff that show up to work on time.

Mobile is off or disconnected. Goes straight to voicemail and absolutely useless considering they offer a click and collect service and customers cant get into contact to see if they have orders ready or not.

I've always loved Lovisa, but this is the first store where I've been extremely disappointed with the staff. The girls were too busy gossiping, and didn't even notice me at the counter waiting to buy my items. Really need to train your staff especially during Xmas trade, otherwise there will be a lot of unhappy customers.

Good place to get bad quality and poorly designed jewellery.you would think the designer would have made sure, a sterling silver earring would actually go in properly.

The staff wasn’t particularly attentive. HOWEVER, I found THE perfect present. Gorgeous! Would totally return

The place has so many beautiful rings and accessories. The best part? They have wonderful sales where I have bought five rings for AUD 12 TWO TIMES OML.

The sterling silver earrings I bought are particularly difficult to put on. The fastening was made by some sick twisted individual who doesn't understand how earrings work.
Staff were nice but I won't ever buy earrings from any Lovisa store again because #selfcare.
