Amazing professionals! Responsive and great communication. I have my sac for a few years and its one of the best investments that I did.:)

The workers were extremely rude and off putting. The products being sold are meant to be tested and relaxed upon. They made us feel extremely unwelcomed. There was a small dog in the store which my friend politely asked to pet, the store sale person replied rudely "nah he's right thanks".
I have never been the recipient of such poor customer service and will most definitely never return to not only that store but any of the loveSac stores.
Buy them online! Cheaper and you don't have to deal with pretentious, rude sales men!
