Love this place, beautiful and clean, new machines with reasonable washing prices, has parking as well, watch TV while you wash! Or get maccas for lunch lol

Very nice but could do better if there was someone there to physically assist new comers like myself.

Love the fact that my gym (snap fitness) is right next door. So I can do my washing and work out straight after.

It’s a convenient place to do your washing. Also can wash pet clothes. Notes can be converted to coins.

Everything here is clean, modern and efficient. Reasonable prices, great machines and easy to access with parking available. If coming on the weekends would recommend going early or late as around lunch time it’s very busy

Clean and easy to use, clear instructions, can purchase wash liquid and powder or bring your own. Affordable and camera monitored at all times.

Clean environment, you can pay with coins or PayPass and they have plenty of machines. Owners are very friendly and helpful as well

This is a very clean well presented laundromat, awesome location best place to do large loads especially those big massive blankets, it washes and dry so well. So many machines and dryers to choose from very affordable.
There's also free wifi and toilet on site.
Been here few times and I love this place the owner that runs this place is very helpful and friendly and always responds to my messages quick and answers my questions. I've tried so many self serve laundromats, but they aren't half as great as lotus. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Large machines, new-look, multiple and clean dryers that are easy to use, walk in services and great trading hours (5am - 12am)! Busy when it’s rainy/cloudy weather - we went on a Sunday afternoon. Good price for a 7 minute dryer for $1 with coins, we used. Their settings have 3 temperatures - high, medium and low. We opted for the high with 20 mins of drying and it minimised the crinkles in our clothes esp work pants. There’s limited space to fold clothes if you needed but I just sat on the benches and folded them, there and then. There was customer service, the man was friendly and helpful. I’d definitely go back again. Thanks.

Love that this place is open from 5am. Very clean and being able to use my key card instead of going to get cash was a convenient bonus.

This place is great, loved that they have new washing and dryer machines. Definitely going back. The owner was very helpful as it was my first time. Definitely recommend this place.

Reminds me of the DIY laundromats overseas. Self serve, wi-fi, TV, shops & places to eat nearby to kill time while waiting for items being cleaned. The best.
