I wanted to say thank you to Amanda for her advice on dealing with my pigmentation issues, which had been a persistent problem for many years. When I initially visited the clinic for a treatment, I didn't expect the level of care and dedication that Amanda and her team would provide to help me achieve the best possible results.

Amanda took the initiative to discuss my concerns with her manager, Beth, and I was pleasantly surprised by the genuine concern and commitment they showed in helping me. They recommended the Cosmelan treatment, and even though I had tried various treatments in the past, I was initially skeptical that anything would work. However, I was proven wrong.

I am immensely grateful to Amanda, Beth, and the entire team for their care and dedication in ensuring I achieve the best results. The introduction to the Cosmelan treatment was a game-changer for me. After two months of the treatment, I no longer feel self-conscious about leaving the house without heavy makeup to conceal my pigmentation. This treatment has truly worked like a miracle for me.

I can't express my gratitude enough to Amanda, Beth, and the entire team for their exceptional help, care, and understanding of my skin issues. Professional salon staffed by knowledgeable therapists who actually care about their clients.

I just had the enzyme treatment tonight with Dani (I had been once before). The treatment went for a thorough amount of time, with multiple steps, a luxurious hand massage and music. She spot tested some products to check for a reaction. She was knowledgeable, professional, answered all my questions and took her time. I will definitely be coming back again.

The girls at Lotus Care are so kind and knowledgeable, I can’t recommend them enough! I’ve done 3 treatments with them now and I am already loving my results. Cara and Nikki are wonderful and welcoming, and all of the therapists are lovely and have a wealth of knowledge - they genuinely care about your health and well-being and take this into account when looking after your skin. Always incredible, get my eyebrows waxed and tinted, and eyelashes tinted, and couldn’t go anywhere else. Always super lovely, always have appointments when I want them and all the therapists are skilled, kind, knowledgeable and wonderful at their job.

Beautiful salon and staff with great skill and expertise explaining the procedure and process and effects down to the cellular level - very informative and interesting to learn. Each session is always tailored to my skin needs on that specific day, not just the stock standard facial type I booked. Treatment is also paired with an amazing relaxing massage which is a great bonus! Would highly recommend to all.

The whole team at Lotus are amazing. I’ve been going for years, ever since I was in high school. They have an extremely high level of professionalism whilst maintaining a welcoming, personal touch. Every time you walk in you are greeted by name and they open the door for you when you leave (it’s the little things!)

The first treatment i ever got at Lotus Care was an eyebrow wax and tint, in July 2020. And they looked amazing! I then enquired about facials, etc.and they were more than happy to explain each facial to me, and helped decide which ones would be suitable for my skin type. I haven’t looked back since! The Lotus Care ladies are so, so lovely and always willing to share their knowledge on the treatments and the products they recommend. Every time i go in for my treatments, I never want to leave! X

This is the best spa for waxing in the area. The entire staff are all so friendly and welcoming. It is always spotlessly clean. I highly recommend!
