Worst experience ever. Have been going here for a couple of years to alter dresses etc.last week I brought in my WHITE engagement dress and picked up today only for it to be dirty. The bottom looked like it had been dragged on the floor, hair all over it and pen marks on the straps. When I showed the guy working there he said it was me that dirtied it, he could not own up the fact that it had been dirtied. I have never worn this dress it still had the tag on it, I had brought it straight from the shop to there alterations shop. I will never be going here again.

The guy there is a bit of a nob, get off your high horse mate. Bit of customer service can't be that difficult?

A total rip off.
Paid a heavy price for convenience as it is in westfields.

One of the best alteration experts in the area! Came here to get my trousers tapered as well as a suit altered and the service and workmanship was impeccable. Great work from the team here! Would recommend!

The worst customer service I have ever endured no hello no nothing when I tried to explain what I wanted he acted like I knew what I wanted I gave him tapered pants he returned them to me untapered even though he assured me I won’t lose the taper look. When I approached him about my pants being untapered he proceeded to claim he did although they’re clearly straight. Would not recommend to anyone due to his lack of people skills and his contra-sending attitude.

Customer service is the worst you can get. The guy that serves you gives only cares about taking your money, throws your pick up on the table without checking anything saying it’s done. Expensive place, way better places to go. Minus 5 star if I could. Maybe they should alter their worker before clothing. Look away than smart.

Great service and great results. I highly recommend anyone wanting to alter their pants, jackets or any other clothing.

I’ve been to many tailor shops but I’ve never in my life met such friendly people. The staff are amazing and do there best to get you fitted for any occasion. I’ve been coming here for 2 years and can safely say it’s the best shop in Sydney. Will be coming back soon

The customer service is absolutely awful. Not even a ‘hi’ or ‘hello’, plus arrogant and condescending behaviour from the employee when I tried to explain my measurements and what I wanted done. Also the end result wasn’t even that great. For the price I paid, I was expecting the alterations to be somewhat close to what I requested. Nonetheless, I was left disappointed by messy stitching and loose fit.

Definitely do NOT recommend.

Rude. Overpriced. Left pull and tag marks on the front of my brand new formal dress that were never there when given. Never again.

Came in last min to get my pants fix. He said they don't usually do but greatful the guy working there was able to fix my pants. Did a good job. Abit pricy though just to fix one small rip pocket in my pants.

Got a pair of jeans tailored. One leg was a lot more tapered than the other and upon pointing this out to the staff member, he was sneering and had a very condescending attitude. I was served by the same staff member when I had to come back a 2nd time to pick up the jeans, and he had the very same attitude.

The tailoring job was done poorly and customer service was at rock bottom. Strongly do not recommend.

Quick service and nice people there. My hubby had his pants done couple weeks ago, but still felt it was a bit too long. They re-adjusred the hem for free. My wedding dress adjustment was in time and gave us a very reasonable price.

Quick and easy, received item the next day. Could use a message when the alterations are finished.

I was in and out within 5 minutes for both drop of and pick up.

I'm not too sure about value, as I don't get alterations often, but I was pleased to get it done in a timely manner for what they charged

This is the only place I would trust to alter any of my clothes. They even did my wedding dress and did it perfectly!

My partner had two pairs of jeans patched up, picked them up the next day and they looked like new. So happy with the service!

Pants didn't fit and was not hemmed properly. Quite pricy as well. Have to take them to someone else to get it fixed.

Wow,! Very disappointed
My sister has been in contact with this shop regarding steaming the creases out of her wedding dress (to be worn this Saturday). She was told by staff to drop it off today (Monday 20th May). Well they must have too much money to be quite short and rude to her at such a stressful time. Basically told her to go to Lawrence Dry Cleaners to have the job done. NOT SURE HOW LONG THEY WILL RETAIN CUSTOMERS WITH THAT ATTITUDE
