Not the nicest customer service. Asian lady needs to reassess how she treats customers instead of being sarcastic and arrogant. Go somewhere else!

I brought my new pair of jeans to be altered. The length was too long. The lady Judy I think her name was said she could alter the jeans. She measured the length of how much alteration was required
After a few days, I picked up my altered jeans and it was a perfect fit

I visited this place for alteration of my pants. I had to go revisit this store 4 times in total (till now) because each time the stitch would come off within a day or two. I'm tired of visiting again and again because the job is still not getting done correctly. Highly disappointed.

Workmanship is amazing. I had a lined dress one size too big that required fabric and pockets removed, new invisible zip inserted and strategically placed darts to make it fit. The results exceeded my expectations and dress looks better than the original. There were issues with timeliness, I dropped my dress off on a Monday with promises to be completed by 4pm Sat so I could collect it in time before flying overseas the next day. It wasn’t ready and after a frantic exchange of frustrations and explanations, they offered to deliver the dress to my home once the store closed for the day. And called the following morning before my flight to check the dress was ok.
Thank you guys for the extra effort to help me out. And I can’t get over the excellent workmanship. I will definitely use your services again when I return to Australia next year, but with a bit more leeway on timing.

Anthony and Julia provided amazing service within a few days. These two amazing people went above and beyond to use remote measurements, iPhone photos and personalised request to rebuild my sons new outfit to fit him perfectly. With their experience and desire to provide a first class result for our wedding day. They also connected at a personal level and wanted to see the photos of the day. Truly lovely, professional and personal service. Thank you.

Anthony was one of the rudest people I've ever dealt with. He promised me they could make my wedding veil then 2 weeks out he simply said he couldn't with no reason or explanation.just refused.
Horrible service - DO NOT GO HERE! Feel sorry for the people who work underneath this horrible idiot.

I went here 2 weeks ago to get a zip replaced.
Anthony told me to come back in 2 weeks when he had new invisible zips in.
Today I went back and he told me a completely different story and I’ve never met a more rude man.
He should not be fronting this business.he’s a bad example of customer service.
He has a very bad memory as well,
But prides himself on remembering everyone.ha!
So not the case.
It’s put me off Looksmart.

Sorry guys i braught a suit for a funeral from connors in wollongong and they sent for alterations and when i got it back it had the pins still in it! They did nothing.gave it back with nothing done.thanks for effing the funeral! Never use you again.

Highly recommend - the staff are very technically proficient, have a strong knowledge of alterations which ensures they always understand what the customer needs and are able to provide excellent advice. Plus, will go above and beyond to help you with regard to turnaround times.

Looksmart Alterations at Warringah Mall has done an excellent job on all items of clothing i have taken in - whether it be a pair of Witchery shorts or a Zimmermann playsuit, the job has been perfect. Anthony and Julia's attention to detail is impeccable.

To be avoided. Do not trust them!

Took in leather jeans for repair of a minor tear. After being checked by the tailor, they assured me they would do a perfect job and they would be ready for pick up Thursday. I made it clear I needed them for wearing Saturday.

I go in Friday and the jeans have not been touched. They tell me they did not have the material for the repair.

So why didn't they contact me and tell me this so I could take them elsewhere? Likewise, why couldn't they source a small piece of black leather - if they were even going to use that? They advertise leather repairs?

I feel like a total idiot for having believed they would have the repair done as they promised.
