Ashleigh from Longevity has been the most wonderful support for me in my my journey towards reclaiming my body.
I feel fitter, stronger and so much more motivated towards my health goals. She prepared my legs for a recent ski trip, and I am now able to run 5kms without stopping! I love having her by my side and I know that she makes sure the intensity and the stretch is in line with my body’s capacity. Thanks Ash, I look forward to our next goal!

Ben is an amazing Exercise Phsyiologist PT, he has great knowledge, patient and gives you an amazing workout! I couldn't recommend anyone else but Ben at Anytime Fitness Randwick, I'm looking forward to doing more sessions with him in the near future!

I’ve been having regular sessions with the fantastic Rachel for the past few months which have been amazing! She’s been super patient and encouraging with a complete beginner, detailed with feedback, and flexible with any needed schedule changes. The idea of working out used to be so unfamiliar and intimidating, but Rachel’s been instrumental in making it approachable and fulfilling. I definitely feel stronger and fitter than before!

Trained with Rachel for 12 weeks, was great understood exactly what I wanted to get out the sessions and got me back on track for my fitness plan!

I have been working now for over a year with Rachel, a Longevity trainer at Anytime Fitness Randwick. She has been fantastic in supervising my exercises and physical development, and is both highly professional and charming to deal with. I heartily recommend her to anyone looking for a personal trainer.

Eleni has been a saviour for me in 2022. My knee rehab was slow and cumbersome until I started training with Eleni. She took the time to understand what was holding me back and what I wanted to achieve. She hold me accountable for my rehab and I am now back to my normal self. I am enjoying beeing back to my normal sporting activities and now focussing on additional goals to further improve my fitness level. I highly recommend Eleni, she has a genuine interest in her clients and the results speak for themselves. If you are stuck in your fitness, look no further and contact her!

I've been working with Rachel for several months and she has been amazing at helping me regain confidence in my knees after injury - pushing my mental and physical boundaries to give me the confidence to run again. I can't recommend Rachel and Longevity enough!

I had a wonderful few sessions with Rachel from Longevity and would highly recommend her to anyone new to the gym. We started off by discussing my goals before jumping straight into teaching me about which exercises were best for my goals and the right technique. I found Longevity was extremely helpful and I now feel confident in the gym.

Ashleigh Mead from Randwick has been pivotal to Barrie’s improvement in every aspect of his Parkinson’s disease symptoms & mobility & pain
He has in the last 8 months transitioned from a walker to sometimes a walking stick and is able to practice a little to try to get back to playing golf
His strength & stamina has doubled & he enjoys the exercises & is proud of his achievements as it has been a difficult couple of years

The results are amazing & we are very grateful to the Longevity team for their support!

After a work related neck injury I have been in the professional care of Longevity Exercise Physiology and Personal training. Rachel has shown compassion and total professionalism as well as patience to a very complex injury. I would recommend her to anyone who is in need of her qualification and expertise.

My PT sessions with Eleni were amazing! She tailored the sessions perfectly to fit my goals, and showed me how to use machines I would never have tried on my own! She took the time to show me how to do the exercises properly, and continuously gave me advise, corrections and praise! I am really excited to try the workouts we did at the gym, and know that I can talk to Eleni any time if I have any more questions!

Just want send out a great big thank you yo the team at Longevity especially Dylan and Ashleigh for commitment and exceptional knowledge on getting me on the way to hiking up some ridiculously steep mountains all built with steps! I had a really dodgy knee that hated stairs and after working with these 2 at Randwick and at home I feel I have at least a much better chance of reaching the summit. Will let you know on my return.

I have been seeing Dylan for a few months now and am seeing RESULTS! Each session is great and the knowledge underpinning each program is vast and well considered. Highly recommended, especially to cancer survivors who want to be at their best, safe in the knowledge that their health concerns will be understood and addressed properly.

The team at Longevity have really helped me to reduce my pain by improving my overall strength. Their Knowledgeable staff have targeted my weaknesses and enabled me to improve greatly, becoming more flexible, balanced and strong. They have really set me up well for my own training and I would highly recommend to anyone suffering from back pain. They have been flexible fitting me in around my work and have been very accommodating in all aspects. Thanks

I was referred to Longevity by my GP to assist with the rehabilitation of some long term sporting injuries that I couldn't get right. It was the first time I have utilised the service of Exercise Physiologists. I would have no hesitation in recommending Dylan, Jarrat and the team to anyone. They are very helpful, extremely knowledgeable and I'm now well on the way back to my young fit & healthy no pain days. Thanks team.

I've done 6 sessions with Dylan at Longevity Randwick. Halfway through this process, my lower back pain was gone after a recent flare-up of an injury I've had for many years. I've progressively gotten stronger through each session to the point where I have been practicing yoga with more strength than I have in YEARS. I did not expect such rapid, substantial results! I attribute this to both the physical strength component of the training as well as encouragement to push past the psychological barrier of avoidance of exercises that I feared would reactivate the old injury when I can now do more than I thought I could! I recommended this exercise physiology service to anyone with an injury or, indeed, anyone who generally wants to improve their strength!

I Started with Dylan Furley 6 weeks ago presenting with weakness in neck and back and pain relating to both. With an initial assesment I knew I was in the right hands. Dylan is incredibly knowledgeable encouraging and very personable. Six weeks later I have gained strength and fitness and look forward to seeing where the future will take me. I highly recommend Dylan at Longevity Randwick
