Now starting my second year of working with Longevity, with Jack managing my program. I really enjoy the variety, detail and personally tailored training that Jack provides, which address my specific needs. He and all the Longevity staff are always welcoming, professional cheerful and enthusiastic. Strongly recommended.

I had my placement at Longevity and had a phenomenal experience. All the EPs develop great programs specific to each client and they truly ensure the client is comfortable and performing exercises safely. I have seen considerable progress from all clients during my time here and they leave the session feeling better and satisfied. I highly recommend Longevity to those that feel apprehensive towards exercise and want guidance relating to their health conditions and the best ways to exercise.

I went to longevity with some goals in mind but a clear opinion that whilst I needed to be exercising more I did not and would never actually enjoy it. Kale and jack have completely revolutionised that mind set whilst helping me become stronger and fitter in a very structured, supported and injury free process. I’ve blitzed all my initial goals and am doing more than I thought I could.
I chose longevity because of their approach to health and the clinical education focus they have. It’s the best choice I could have made.

I initially started my training with Georgia and thereafter with Annie at Longevity in Drummoyne for the past 6 months. They have helped me gain strength by doing weight training and some cardio to help me build up bone density and muscle mass to prevent me from having a fracture in the future because of my osteopenia.
My strength and my physical fitness has improved immensely, Annie challenged me each week so I could achieve my goal. She also has addressed my low blood pressure issue and made changes to suit me during our training sessions.
A specific exercise program was designed for me to do at home and was always followed up each week to see how I was progressing and I took their feedback on board.
Annie and Georgia have a friendly personality and are exceptionally caring. I'm so happy with what I have achieved.
I highly recommend Annie and Georgia, they are both wonderful and experienced exercise physiologists!

I have been seeing Annie for the past few months for support following my knee surgery. Annie provided me with motivation and confidence in returning to the gym and has also helped me regain strength in my knee, in which i have seen and felt significant improvement.i couldn't recommend Annie and the team at longevity enough.

It is a genuine pleasure to work with Georgia from Longevity as my exercise physiologist. She combines a friendly, enthusiastic, encouraging and supportive manner with a professional and detailed approach to physical training. In addition, the Drummoyne gym facilities are safe and well maintained. Highly recommended!

I’ve been having sessions with Annie (exercise physiologist) for a few months and have had massive mobility and strength gains and my general pain has become much more manageable! Annie is really lovely, friendly and knowledgeable!

Kale is outstanding. He took time to listen to my goals and physical concerns and created a program that addressed all of my requirements. Could not recommend his service higher for those looking to get into shape.

I had a great experience with James (my exercise physiologist) at Plus Fitness Drummoyne. He designed a specific pre-habilitation program to get me into shape before my bilateral knee replacements. He has done a great job. He has a good understanding of what exercises work best for my knee and leg strength. A nice bloke. I would recommend him.cheers Hunter

I have been training with Georgia Wassell at Longevity Drummoyne since late last year when I hadn’t been able to exercise due to an ankle injury. She created a program that really supported my recovery and resulted in me being able to get back out running. She is a very professional exercise physiologist and trainer. Always attentive, quickly adapting our program to meet any issues or injuries that I am facing. Training with Georgia has been a great experience and I highly recommend her services.

Kale was phenomenal for my shoulder. He was very diligent and ensured I had the correct scope of knowledge and training across all facets of the rehab. For once going to the gym was fun and I ended up stronger then I’d ever been. Highly recommend Kale and the team at Longevity!

Georgia is a really terrific exercise physiologist at Longevity. She is amazingly well informed, always helpful, very skilled, and genuinely concerned to improve her clients’ health. Georgia has been assisting me very patiently with an exercise programme for my lower back. I can’t speak highly enough of her skills!

Georgia is terrific. Very professional and knowledgeable. I now feel confident to go to the gym and know what I need to do to build up my strength. Very friendly atmosphere with ongoing support if needed.

Having been in competitive sports in my earlier years coming back to a PT was difficult. Georgia turned all that around. Understanding my previous n long stand injuries she planned a program for me which was easy to follow and with her perseverance n happy demeanour she helped me strengthen and enjoy my workout ️

I was referred to Kale by my GP after suffering chronic back issues. Kale's professionalism, extensive knowledge of his field, and passion for a holistic approach that would improve both my chronic pain and overall wellbeing blew me away. He was incredibly thorough in his initial approach to discovering the root cause of my chronic pain, and then both patient and encouraging in our subsequent sessions in which we carried out a uniquely curated program that targeted all my specific concerns. Constantly providing feedback and progressive adjustments throughout, I actively felt myself become stronger and my incessant pain began to ease significantly with his guidance. On top of all this, he has a fantastic personality that made me feel both incredibly comfortable and constantly motivated to push myself in all of our sessions!

After months of pain in my shoulder and other treatments not helping I was referred to Georgia. Within just a few sessions I was already feeling relief and better movement, she is knowledgeable and friendly and I would I highly recommend

Kale has been the greatest help through my rehab and treatment of my back pain that I have suffered with for years. Kale brings an abundance of knowledge and experience to our sessions, and has been supportive of my goals since day one. Could not recommend him enough!

He provides a person-centred and holistic approach to my exercise program.
I have seen amazing improvements in my strength, fitness, and overall well-being.
Kale is very personable which makes our sessions enjoyable, and he continues to encourage me to achieve my goals.
