I have been working with Liam from Longevity for the last 3 months. I am recovering from spinal fusion surgery and have been very nervous about returning to the gym. As an avid gym go-er prior to surgery this was has also been mentally upsetting. However Liam has been incredibly supportive and encouraging and through some excellent physical and mental support I am almost back to full capacity and feeling amazing. The combination of knowledge, patience and human empathy that Liam has displayed made me feel immediately comfortable and trusting of his skills as we navigated a new way of approaching exercise. His sense of humour helps too!

I've been doing weekly exercise physiology sessions with Longevity for a bit under a year now, and it's been incredibly good for building up both my strength and stamina to a level where I feel like I am able to do a lot more activities in my life compared to when I started. All of the trainers I've met are very friendly and know how to pace things well, and I look forward to my sessions every week.

I feel that my physical needs are being addressed in a constructive & developmental manner.
While the incremental structure fosters success & confidence, understanding of the science driving the program adds to my motivation.
Regardless of the exercise physiologists involved in my program, continuity & focus on the positive have been maintained.
The culture of the setting promotes a rewarding physical & interactive experience.

Liam has been great teaching me how to exercise in a gym and it helped me manage stress during my HSC exams. He is so friendly and we always have a great chat. I would highly recommend training with him!

Grayson is an expert at what he does. He has been working with our daughter for about six months now to address a certain health issue and the results have been life changing. He is very friendly, caring and motivating in his approach. I cannot recommend Grayson and Longevity Exercise Physiology enough!

Just finished 7 weekly sessions at Longevity with the very helpful and client focussed physiologist Luke Dorizas. The whole team in fact are very friendly and welcoming. I plan to continue on with my new learnings in the gym.

I have been coming through Longevity exercise physiology for a couple of months now, and I’m finding it extremely helpful with my ability that has been somewhat compromised by my leukaemia cause he has been wonderful in her ministrations of the exercise program explanations thereof, and ensuring that we maintain a good balance of physical fitness and mental acuity I’m very pleased with her dedication and would recommend her services to anybody wishing to make themselves feel physically and mentally better after some problems. Been training with Longevity at North Shore Gym Pymble for about 6 months. I really enjoy my weekly session, and the expertise of the trainers to really target specific issues. I was nervous to get back into exercise due to some issues with my lower back, but after a long consult with the team i knew i was in the right hands. If you are looking for super knowledgeable, motivating, results oriented trainers who really take the time to understand your goals and physiology - this is the place to go! Cant recommend them more highly. My trainer Susannah is a lifesaver!

I’ve enjoyed getting back into the gym after a long time off. The trainers have made everything less overwhelming, and I’m loving the new challenges every week - I can definitely see an improvement in my health and fitness.

Susannah Mah-Chut, the exercise physiologist I deal with, is very knowledgeable and compassionate. She has designed specific exercises for my back problems and monitors me closely at every appointment.

I was referred to Longevity 3 years ago for secialised exercises to assist with some back and knee issues.
I have been very pleased with the training sessions over the last 3 years. My back problem has gone and my knee issues are in remission.
I will continue with the training sessions as I am also much fitter and so enjoying life more in older age.

Pymble Longevity was recommended to me by my physiotherapist to help manage osteoarthritis pain and decreasing mobility.
I have been working with Susannah since October 22. Each session is such a positive experience. The program Susannah develops might target a specific problem area and then introduces exercises that gradually push you through to the next level in strength balance and aerobic fitness. Each session builds up confidence that you can achieve even more. I am surprised at my improved ability to walk up hills and stairs without becoming breathless and at times forget about the osteoarthritis.

Was assigned Longevity Exercise Physiology Pymble as my University Placement location and could not have been happier with the experience.

The Exercise Physiologists are knowledgeable, experienced and focussed on delivering exercise prescriptions tailored to each client and their ability levels. Their processes are backed by studies and evidence and designed to give the best possible outcome for whatever your goals and needs are, and they are happy to sit down and collaborate with you to make sure the program they have is going to work best for your life and schedule.

The gym "NSG" is modern, expansive and has such a great range of equipment and space for each session to be tailored to your needs no matter the time of day or business of the gym.

Couldnt recommend more for your Exercise Physiology needs. Thank you Susannah, Grayson and Josh!

I have attended Longevity Pymble since Nov 22 and have been trained by Susannah, sometimes by Grayson and Josh. I have individually tailored program to suit my needs. They are all highly qualified with great knowledge and experience. Every time I walk in there is a warm welcome with a big smile. I can highly recommend them as I have greatly improved my fitness and strength and am achieving goals I thought I never could.

I am so grateful to have Josh Taylor as my physio exercise trainer. Josh has helped me to establish strong base for my exercise and fitness. He is very knowledgeable physio. His diagnosis is very accurate and knows how to treat the pain with the right exercises and movement beside his caring personality. Keep up your good job Josh.

I had numerous sessions with Grayson of Longevity while recuperating from surgery for a torn Pectoralis Major - the tendon that connects your chest to your shoulder/arm. Grayson was great: empathetic, professional, knowledgeable and patient. He listened to my goals - a speedy return to the tennis court and resistance training - and to my fears - pain and re-injury - and put together a conservative, progressive program that worked very well. I’d strongly recommend using his services on the comeback from injury.

To give him a challenge, I approached Grayson a few months ago with a baseline of “I suffer from an extreme case of getting older and exponentially heavier… and I hate exercise. Really loathe it. Gives me a literal headache every time. But…. I’ve put on 40kg, hurt my back, and lost the ability to do many day to day tasks… I’m also massively depressed and have no motivation to do things I like, let alone any kind of activity that I hate”

Grayson took that challenge and ran with it. I feel he’s completely nailed my love of “work smart not hard” efficiency and I’m getting huge, life changing improvements without “pushing through pain”. I leave sessions feeling energised (rather than tired/deflated and with a thumping headache). I couldn’t be happier (or more surprised!) with my progress so far.

Grayson refines and adjusts what we are doing constantly. Not just for my physical ability/inability in context of my goals, but also for my personality and with sensitivity toward my mental health battles.

Also, I’m autistic and it can sometimes be a challenge to find service providers who “get it”. Grayson listens… REALLY listens, seeks to understand, communicates clearly and welcomes feedback in order to make truly effective sensory and communication accommodations in our sessions. A great ally to the neurodivergent community!

If you are looking for someone professional, thoughtful, responsive, knowledgeable, approachable and very genuinely encouraging, to tailor exercise for your personal circumstances, Grayson delivers on all of the above. A+. 5stars. 10/10.

I didn’t know what to expect when I decided to sign up for a series of sessions with an exercise physiologist. As someone who has chronic chest pain, my doctor had recommended I go down the EP route and I’m so glad I did - I worked directly with Grayson, who was incredible. The Pymble location itself is great and welcoming, and the work I did and the stretches/exercises I learned have truly made a massive difference to my pain levels. And for that I’ll always be very grateful. I would thoroughly recommend - not only Longevity Exercise Physiology but also Grayson in particular. A big thank you again xx
