39 Highly recommend the practice due to the quality of training and the friendliness of the staff. Once per week I see Physiologist Simon who has been very helpful in my development which has enabled me to understand a wide variety of exercise and techniques. The one on one sessions have provide significant benefit as I desire the feedback and support during exercise. The sessions have engrained positive changes to be made both during and outside of the sessions. Simon is a great physiologist who has catered to my health requirements while still providing the support to push myself.
Overall, team is friendly, positive and down to earth that creates an enjoyable environment to attend.
Our GP recommended Emma for my 10year old who has Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Emma has been brilliant in helping our daughter understand pacing her energy use to reduce crashing. Emma has made everything kid-friendly and created appealing ways for a child to understand pacing and most importantly, start to own the process of managing her own energy. She has made so much difference in a short space of time and it is super critical for our daughters recovery. So glad we found Emma!
Excellent professional training by Alex who plans very targeted programmes for my partner and me.
Alex is very focused on our respective fitness goals, and pays due attention to our specific health concerns- this is much appreciated. His combination of meticulous technique finessing, muscle memory reinforcement, clear and positive communication work in unison as a strong motivating force.

I was introduced to Longevity through my Physiotherapist. Having been athletic and having trained most of my life with trainers I had several years of training myself as well as enduring a personal tragedy that disabled my motivation. I did not know where to turn. Longevity literally saved me in so many ways. Not only am I now so much more fit, I have mental clarity and mental discipline that I could not have achieved on my own. I am now loving the person I see in the mirror and I am proud of myself for the first time in several years.
Longevity is a unique gym. If you want training without being surrounded by gym junkies and PTs shouting out instructions, then this is the place to come. Annabel Bergman has been my EP for over 18 months. She is dedicated to improving my strength and fitness; always checking before each session whether there are any new aches or pains and adjusting our workout accordingly. It’s hard work but she always makes it fun!
I have been training with Longevity for the past 8 months and I have got amazing results. I started with severe pain in both my knees which made it tough to climb stairs or enjoy any outdoor activities. With carefully planned exercises and training, Longevity team has helped me get the pain under much control and I am back playing my favorite sports.
I am grateful to Annabel and Liam, at Neutral Bay, who helped me so much and keep motivating me to come back for more stronger sessions.

I started training with Andrew Verdon (AV) in 1999. I was a young married dad and we had 3 boys under 6. AV had bleached hair. I've been training with him since then aside from the time I was OS for work. I look at some of my friends who haven't kept up their fitness - not pretty. AV is a true professional and most importantly for me he understands training around injuries and body weaknesses and empathic motivation. I really enjoy my training sessions. Will we be training when I am 90? Who knows
Luke Dorizas is a legend! Luke is very knowledgeable about nutrition and fitness. Totally understanding about my weight issues and is determined to help me control that. Pointing out good things and to avoid things that aren’t so good.
Luke tailors manageable routines at the gym, and is always praising of my efforts. That is always a boost to my confidence!

As the founder of Cremorne Physio, I have had the pleasure of working in a professional capacity with Andrew and his team for a number of years. While professional regulations forbid me from saying what excellent clinical practitioners they all are, I can say that they have always been an absolute pleasure to work with and collaborate with when it came to co-management of patients. Matt Skelly developed an exercise program that helped me recover from a chronic neck condition, ultimately this improved my daily living both physically and mentally. Matt's expertise and attention to detail ensures I train safely and effectively with the right technique. Matt supports me to set realistic goals, once those goals are met, new ones are developed. Our training sessions are constantly evolving as my strength and fitness improves. I honesty can't recommend Matt highly enough!

I am 72, with some long-Covid issues, and have been seeing Luke for a few months to address my exercise tolerance and some muscular and joint problems. With a tailored exercise program that gradually changes as I improve, I am seeing some positive benefits.
