Long Track Pantry reviews
53Great place to stop for a break and feed. What a shame they can’t serve coffee in real cups instead of paper ones?
So I ordered my coffee and Ahmad a lovely but short interaction with the lady taking orders. They had a lot of coffees going so I happy to wait. I noticed there the run stopped and still my order hadn’t arrived. I asked them what was happening and the order hasn’t been transferred to the baristas. I can handle long waits, the place is very busy and had great reviews but for them to be so slack as to just not be able to handle an order, f ‘em, I got a refund.
On another note these people are very environmentally bankrupt. I was puzzled as to why so many take away coffee cups were going out on trays. They actually serve takeaway paper cups with the plastic lids to guests eating in. WT serious F is wrong with these people? Jugiong is a lovely place where I used to stop in with my daughter on a hot day travelling back from Melbourne to Canberra to use their public pool. With this business having opened up it seemed like an even more idealistic oasis to stop for a break, but I absolutely recommend avoiding these morally bankrupt twits.
If travelling between Sydney & Melbourne here’s the place to pull off the Hume hwy for a break, great coffee and a meal. Consistently good
A delightful cafe to stop with great lunch food, coffee and delicious items to take away. Plenty of parking including for those who are towing something. Sit inside or out. Staff welcoming and helpful. Make sure to make time to check out the historical displays over the road near the playground.
A regular stop for us for lunch. Good range of food, pleasant staff, relaxed environment. Browsing through the shop always leads to purchasing from the wide range on offer.
What a wonderful town to go to,
Food at the Long Track Pantry was delicious, so was the staff. Also the Jam Factory. In all a great day
DISCRIMINATORY CUSTOMER SERVICE. Avoid this place!
I ordered coffee to go and I mentioned I had a medical exemption and I can not wear a mask. I continued to browse the shop to purchase some items however was promptly asked to go outside to wait there for my takeaway. I asked for a refund and I will take my money elsewhere. Please educate yourself on the mask rules. People SHOULD NOT be treated differently due to having a condition that prevents them from wearing a mask. Not sure me standing next to people sitting down maskless is any different or a greater threat? Disgraceful. This review does not even deserve one star but I can't save this without adding at least one star.
Had a great farmers platter with pancetta instead of bacon, very tasty waitresses were very friendly, great little find off the freeway excellent coffee, no excuse for serving it in takeaway cups if you’re having it inside …? COVID or no COVID
Amazing coffee and toasties! Perfect for a road trip pit stop. Got the lamb Turkish and BLT - both were amazing!
Delicious toasties and great coffee, warm pot-bellied stove made from truck brake drums, great range of handmade products, not far off the highway
Travelled a long way to visit Jugiong. The place was absolutely jam packed. Coffee and toasties nice.
Great little spot that's easily accessed from highway. Pricey for the food you're getting. Nevertheless still delicious and convenient.
Third time dining in here, food remains expensive and portions are small. Menu boards are inaccurate when compared to the food. Menu board states "waffles", unfortunately only one waffle arrived and when looking at the menu itself it states just "waffle". Furthermore, incorrect cutlery given to eat icecream, forks instead of spoons. This made things quite difficult.
Hopefully in time these minor issues will be rectified
Superb customer service. Left my Sigg drink bottle behind and they sent it back no charge! (The pulled pork sandwich was also a winner!)
Very good store, has an appropriate range of goods, considering the small township of Judging. I will continue to patronise when I'm here. Recommend!
Most highly recommended but quietly hoping it doesn't get too discovered. All the staff are on the ball and lovely.
We stumbled upon Long Track Pantry in 2014 after spending our first night of an extended moho adventure at an excellent spot around the corner by the river.
We spent a small fortune - beautiful breakfast, top shelf coffee, lunch to take away, and lots of household, souvenir and wotnots - including a tea cup and rubber spatchulas we still use multiple times every day 7 years later. We also filled up with fruit and veg next door (which has since been gentrified into a fancy wine cellar shop).
I stopped here again (Feb 2021, passing by for work) grabbed a coffee, egg bacon roll and raided the shop again for a menagerie of birthday gifts for the Mrs. It was busy for sure and some renovations have taken place but it's still quaint and reasonably unspoilt, and the camping spot was still ace. The egg bacon roll and coffee were both worth a right leg imho but only $17 ish. Definitely not your average coffee, food and service and well worth a detour and actually well priced for what you get.
Delicious steak sandwich tender and juicy. Great coffees and relaxing and beautiful outdoor seatings with fast and friendly staff service.
Long track pantry provided me and my family with delicious food, great service and a brilliant built in shop.
Absolutely abysmal. The place was dark, dank and dingy.the staff were a rabble of teens without a leader who showed no pride in their job and less interest in their customers. Our toasted sandwich, a Reuben, was burnt and slathered in butter to the point of being greasy.it would be better named a "Seeded Mustard Toasty". Total garbage, we should have gone to the local hotel.
Beautifully kept, lots of little nick nacks to buy. Nice coffee and a great area outside to sit. Staff lovely. Worth the stop off the highway.
Absolutely lovely country cafe. Does surprisingly great coffee and the staff are always so nice. Cute lil gift store is worth a check out too.
