Super friendly staff who were very engaged and helpful, this surf shop always has what I need in stock and it’s always nice to support a local businesses.

Below average online order experience.

Had a lot of difficulty getting in touch via phone and emails to process an exchange, was told my size would be put aside then sent the parcel back only for the size to have been sold in the meantime.

Refund promptly processed after this but was a lengthy and frustrating process.

Have been buying my wetsuits and paddling gear here for over 20 years.always friendly and helpful, always lived at the central coast but worked on the northern beaches. Retired now and needed Booties and kayak shorts. Did it online at 11am Wednesday. At my front door step
8am Thursday, wow how good

Customer service is absolutely amazing! Morgan was extremely personable and patient, listening to everything I needed in a swimming wetsuit and providing me with the ultimate wetsuit experience! Came in the store this morning to grab a short-arm steamer. Thankfully, had the chance to speak with Morgan and he showed me a huge range of steamers. Went with the E-Bomb short arm and it was a perfect fit. Morgan knows his products and his advice is the best in the industry. I have just purchased an Orca RS1 sleeveless wetsuit from Long Reef Wetsuits and couldn't be happier. As an inexperienced wetsuit shopper I am so glad I chose to shop local and benefit from the expert knowledge we have here in the northern beaches. The LRW team were fantastic and provided lots of solid advice about brands, weight, features/benefits and useage which was great. But most helpful was the tricky area of size and fit. Despite lingering reservations, I was persuaded to go as snugly small as possible.gulp.but as soon as getting in the water I knew I was in the right suit. It's so warm through the middle and I love the unrestricted arm movement and water-feel. Easy to add a base layer for the depth of winter. Trust the knowledge! Big thanks to the LRW team.

I bought my daughter a wetsuit for Christmas via ebay. It ended up to be too small. Well, this store went above and beyond to help. Fabulous communication and service. Was so easy to deal with. Able to easily return item and get a larger size. A+
