Really friendly and helpful business owner. It was my first time using floor sanding equipment and the owner was full of very useful tips and advice. Other staff members also cheery and helpful.

I needed a chainsaw and they had petrol and electric versions to choose from. Easy to hire from this friendly local business. A large range of equipment to choose from for all your jobs. Recommended.

DO NOT USE! Hire out faulty machines expected to keep a hand held concrete saw running and not stall or turn off to be able to use it as advised when they came to site. Lost money on job and time on other job. RESPONSE TO YOUR RESPONSE.when using machinery you are not glued to your phone and you were too busy to serve when he was there, he never received an invoice from you UNTIL an hour prior then you posted a bad review on his page, he always intended on paying. Not good business the way you handled despite what u have written to make it sound like you have done the right thing, you seem to think you rectified the issue but who's paying money lost on job? And you people fix machines? Why was this machine hired out without maintenance. He was not offered replacement same day as you didn't have one available and the third day was to return the machine in the morning when u were too busy to serve him.

Painless experience. I borrowed a piano trolley to move a bulky item 100m over uneven ground on a Saturday. My wife returned it midday Monday and we only paid a single day due to a generous weekend special. The staff were happy to help unload it from her car given the trolley's awkward size and weight. They were friendly and genuinely interested in how we went with it. All equipment prices are listed on the website. Thanks guys, I'll be using your services again.

I hired a Jackhammer with a trolley for tile removal. Staff gave me the Makinex tile scraper bit for free, but just in case also gave a wide chisel for free. The tile scraper didn't really work, but the chisel bit worked great (was removing about 50sqm of slate floor with 2 inch mortar bed). Chisel bit broke somehow just before completion of the job, and rather than charge me they gave me a slight discount to compensate and even offered free further hire to finish the job (wasn't needed). Now that's service. Tools were high quality brands.

These guys are great. They try to do everything they can to make your hiring experience smooth and hassle free. They have a great selection of equipment. Hirely recommend.
